If you put in the client's website and the prompt says analyze this website and then tell me about their business, most of the time it does a really good job of going away reading the website and then that gives it the context about the business. Sometimes it will say I can't read the website either, it's having a bad day. Sometimes I found there are certain websites it just can't read and if that's the case I'll just regenerate and sometimes I'll just put in a follow up prompt that's just the website and I might say try again. Sometimes saying things like try harder next time sometimes works because strangely AI has these strange human quirks. So reading websites can be sometimes frustrating. And if it really is refusing on a particular website, the other thing you can do is take the website itself, grab a PDF version of it or screenshots and feed it that way.
