Make sure you put in some information about you into custom instructions. For example, tell it who you help, who you serve. If, for example, you're an accounting firm and you serve people in the medical industry, then that means when you want to write, let's say, an article, a blog post, a social media post, it will know that information and therefore if you forget to tell it your target audience, it will automatically build that in anyway. So use custom Instructions to tell ChatGPT a bit about you. There are a couple of other boxes in there as well. You can tell it your name if you want. I did that. And now in a lot of the responses it says to me, hi, Mark, that's a great question. And then it would go on, which I find a little bit irritating. So sometimes in my prompts I tell it just to get straight to the point.
