Your number one client is your business, that's the one that you need to make successful first. And strategic thinking is really, really important. Very often we are so busy doing client work. I think about my time as a sole practitioner which I started my business in 1996 and I sold it in 2006. In the early years I was just busy doing the client work, reacting to clients demands, firefighting, solving problems all the time. In the first few years I never really took that step back and look at things holistically. It was only when I started doing that did I start to build a more successful business. So we need to do that, we need to take that step back and think about strategy. So this is where AI really really helps. In fact I think that large language models like ChatGPT, like Claude's, anthropic, like Google's Gemini and many others, they've all got many strengths. I think the number one strength for us in our profession is strategic thinking.
