We're about to start a brand new year. This is the time of year where I do my strategic thinking. I always think about the year ahead and what's important for the business. And this is what you should perhaps be doing first for 2025. You need to make sure that before you dive into 2025, you need to have a clear strategy and plan. You need to know exactly what is your focus for next year. And I think about the early years of my accounting firm. I started in 1996, and I never really thought about what I was doing. And when I studied successful people, I found that one of the things they all do is they have a very clear picture of what they're trying to achieve, and not just in business, but first and foremost in their personal life. And so one of the things I do every single year is I plan my goals for the next year, my personal goals first, what do I want to achieve?
