Our health care system has conditioned us to think that there's nothing that we can do when an insurance company denies payment on a claim or when we get hit with an overpriced or inaccurate medical bill. When I say it's conditioned us, it has groomed us the way a predator grooms a victim to be exploited. And that's what's happening every day around the country to working Americans. We are being exploited financially by our health care system, but it's actually not true. We have a lot more power than we realize that we have. So what I want to encourage you to do is get equipped, learn some tactics, learn some principles, and then have the courage to apply them so that you can win.
