Mary Kostka founded Ohana OT in 2008 and grew it from home visits to clinics in Leavenworth and Wenatchee, now serving 115 kids a week. She invested $100,000 from her retirement and took on $100,000 in debt to build the practice. Her next goal is expanding telehealth and training clinicians so she can eventually step back.
