Hannah tried QRI laser therapy for anxiety that caused tension, sensory sensitivity, and sleep problems. After treatment, her energy improved, she sleeps better, noises bother her less, and she can handle crowded family gatherings without needing recovery time afterward.
My name is Hannah, and I went through the QRI therapy for anxiety that I was dealing with. I was having lots of trouble feeling tense all the time and stressed, especially in big groups or around lots of noises or multiple different things going on. I think I told Mary originally that as an example, like, getting my kids ready for school in the morning, and then we all get into the car and, like, the radio is blaring and they're asking me questions, and I would be like, everybody, stop. I can't think. And so that was. I didn't realize quite how much it was affecting me before, but I was also having trouble sleeping and, you know, not being able to go to sleep at night, but then having trouble getting up in the morning. I went through the full laser treatment, and now I actually have a lot more energy, which I wasn't expecting to have that change. I didn't realize how much it was wearing me out to feel kind of frazzled all the time. And I don't have trouble sleeping anymore. I fall asleep. I'm tired at night when I'm supposed to be. I fall asleep, and then I wake up easily in the morning, which, my entire life, it's been hard for me to wake up in the morning. So that's a huge change. Noises still bother me a little, but not as much as they used to. And I recently went to some relatives for Thanksgiving. We stayed for a few days. It was a packed house full of kids and people. Normally, that kind of situation, I would feel so exhausted afterwards that I would need a couple days just to recover. But this time I just had a great time. I was able to spend time with people and not feel like I was trying to always withdraw and go somewhere and rest. And I wasn't tired afterwards, so that was a really awesome result as well.
