What we LOVE about working at ‘Ohana OT

My name is Kylan. I'm an occupational therapist for Ohana OT and I love that we have such a fun team. We're constantly laughing and learning and sharing resources with each other and continuing to just better ourselves for the families we serve.

Hi, my name is Orlando and I am a Coda at Ohana ot. And a couple of things that I love about working there are that we have a very fun and supportive staff that is always willing to learn and we work hard at keeping a positive environment and also having a positive impact on the kids and their families.

Hi, my name is Emily. I am the front office manager here at Ohana Occupational Therapy. My favorite part about my job is that I get to be the first face the families see when they walk in the front door and also the last face. So it's really fun to see the transition from first coming in for an evaluation with the whole family to the very last appointment of the graduation when the kid and the families are both sad to not be coming anymore. It's so fun to get to know everybody and just be the person who sees them each and every week. And I also really love just the family atmosphere that we have as co workers. So that's what I love.

Hi, my name is Nicole. I'm a Coda and one of my favorite things about Ohana is the that it feels like family and even for the kiddos and also the staff, it's just really warm and friendly and I just love the culture. And in addition, I love the three day weekends for friends, family and adventuring.

Hi, my name is Christine. I work for Ohana. I really love working for Ohana because everyone there genuinely cares about children and their families. We also have a really great team who I really love working with.

Hi, I'm Eureko. I am Ohana's OT aid. What I love about working with Ohana is all of the awesome kids and all the friendly therapists.

Hi, I'm Haley and I've worked for Ohana as a front office manager and as an aide and I currently work remotely as an admin assistant. And some of my favorite parts of working at Ohana is just the positive environment that we have in the clinic and just our team has been so fun to work with and Mary takes a high priority to make sure the team succeeds and we have everything that we need and she is a great teacher. It's a very fun environment to work in.

They are my friends and I could not ask for a better support system. They have such a heart for kids. And Mary has dedicated her life to these kids and these families. And that's what I love about Ohana ot.

Hi, I'm Jana. I'm an occupational therapy assistant with Ohana ot. And what I love about Ohana, number one, hands down, the kids. I love working with the kids. I love helping them, helping their families. I love my supportive team. It's more like a family. I always feel like I can use my creativity and I always feel super supported by Mary and all of her many years of experience. I love the three day weekends. Leaves us a lot of time to fit in our personal lives and feel refreshed and ready to go each week. So I wouldn't work anywhere else.
