Well, there you can get a lot of confidence from a lot of things, right? You can get it from external or outside sources. So You can build your body, you can make money, you can drive a nice car. These are all good things. Yes. But the real confidence is something I teach with my people is that you have— it has to come from inside. And people are like, well, how do I do that if I grew up in a poor family or I don't have anything or my parents divorced or how can I build this confidence? And I'm like, one of the easiest ways to say it is confidence comes from competence. Right. So competence is the skill sets. So if you develop skills, right? Like athletes develop skills and their confidence goes up. You can develop skills in speaking or music or instruments or in a job. Competence goes up, confidence goes up.
