And one of the biggest mistakes I made last year was being too big picture focused. We had a mantra going into 2024, let's focus on the 6 inches right in front of our face. We got a little too hung up worrying about the impact of things 3, 5, 10 years down the road instead of worrying about the impact 3, 5, 10 minutes down the road or months down the road. And so we've taken this a step further even when you look at EOS. Many of you listening to this are familiar with EOS, if not practice EOS in your business. It's the entrepreneurial operating system based on a book called Traction. It's getting almost a little too popular now, but that's another story for another day. But one of the things we just decided last week, we're doing a refresh of our vision, which is they use a process that has you put a 10-year, a 1-year, a 90-day vision in place. That way, you know, everything's building. Sorry, 10 years, 3 years, 1 year, and then working in 90-day increments.
