But if you want to be super successful, you gotta have a team of people who are organized, who are disciplined, who are consistent, who are honest, ethical, all those things of values. But I will tell you one of the things that I have, and I've watched it right in front of my eyes, never thought it was true, but the second that you get consistency in your organization and you create process, that will immediately create the results that you're looking for, and it will happen in front of your eyes. It will happen overnight. It'll blow your mind away. Know what you are, know what you're good at. If you're a visionary, become a visionary. If you're an integrator, be an integrator. Um, but you as a business owner, if you own the company, you gotta find the right people. And the faster you find the right people who can do that consistent type of work, that is the— that is absolutely the golden gem that I have found in the last, you know, maybe 3 years. And it's absolutely elevated my business.
