You know, and this is how most of us write job descriptions, right? It's like, hey, we're looking for high-energy, fast-paced people that can keep up with our great, awesome company. Write something more interesting. Are you looking for the next phase in your career where you can work remotely and take it to the next level? Like, start with these bullets. When you go back to that persona, you can speak directly to the individual if you know what motivates them. If you know that, once again, if you're trying to poach somebody from a big company, So often for us, we're trying to poach people away from a Fortune 500. So we need to say, hey, look, are you tired of working for a Fortune 500 company where you feel like you have zero impact on the direction of the organization? Come and get in at the ground level of a small business where your work will be appreciated and where you can actually make an impact. Start there. Speak directly to their heart, to their emotions. Don't start talking about how you're, you know, you're so great, company's so great. Talk about this in just a couple minutes. I guess I'll get into it right now, but don't wee-wee all over yourselves in the job postings. And this goes for everything marketing, copywriting related. Too often when you go to somebody's website, you read about, we are this, we are so great, we have been in business 50 years, we have X number of clients, we respond this quickly. Nobody gives a crap about you. I hate to tell it to you that way, but they just don't. You have to you-phrase it. You can take the next step in your career. You want to grow. You want the flexibility of working remotely. They don't care about you as a company. What's in it for them? So writing a job post, very important that you don't be so bland. Make it represent your culture. You know, we use the silly words in there. We make it, uh, more interesting and dynamic. And you can also make a, one of the things that we haven't done yet that, that I, I'm gonna do after kind of preparing my notes here and realized it was a little bit of a gap. There's also a quick culture video.
