I'm going to walk through a quick view of what employees see in the employee portal login in Guru. So the first thing I see when I log in is my dashboard. This particular employee is set up for timekeeping, so they see their ability to clock in, clock out. They can also request an edit to their time card. This particular employee was just hired today, so they can't request any edits— or their hire date, excuse me, their start date is Monday the 26th and today is the 23rd. Also going to see any tasks that were left over from onboarding or that have been assigned to me. I can see the company links that were set up on the admin side that will take me directly to some of the most important resources for our organization. I can view my own profile, keep up with my information like time off. If I've had a time off policy assigned to me, I'll also see the time off out on my dashboard. It will show me my current balances and give me the opportunity to request time off. I can see any documents that have been assigned to me, notes or tasks, all based on the permissions or whether or not they were hidden from me by my admin or manager. When I click on the My Team section, I'm going to see a scaled-down version of my team. I can just see emails and phone numbers and titles. Great company directory to help me get acclimated.— with the people around the office. I can also see company announcements, things that have been recently announced or things that are upcoming, so that I can keep up to date with everything going on in my organization. My manager and I can track my goals. So my manager set up a project for me. I can see how I'm doing against it. I can see their comments, and I'll also be allowed to track the progress of this in conjunction with my manager. Assessments is a great new feature inside of Guru. When the period is up, I'll be able to see my manager and self-assessments, and we will— they will both be locked until we both complete our portion, and then we can review the results together. I can always keep up with my time card and make edits or make requests for edits directly from inside the system. I have one simple snapshot to access all of my organizational resources and keep up with everything going on as it relates to an employee at Dunder Mifflin. The employee has all the power right at their fingertips. I hope this is helpful. Please let us know how we can serve you.
