In this product demo, Matt Vaadi walks viewers through the ERG HR portal, a cloud‑based platform designed to centralize and streamline HR processes for growing companies. He begins by showing the administrator dashboard, which provides a real‑time snapshot of who is clocked in, pending time‑off requests, and assigned tasks. The portal lets admins manage company links, view team members—including those in onboarding—and monitor their status. Vaadi then demonstrates the step‑by‑step onboarding workflow: creating custom offer letters, role‑specific task lists, and required forms such as W‑4 and I‑9. That's why we created an HR portal to help you to manage all of your employee resources in one space. Let's take a look around. So you'll see when I log in as an administrator, I have a great clean snapshot of everything right on my dashboard. I can see who's currently on the clock from my team. I can see any time off requests that have been submitted by my teammates. And even manage tasks that have been assigned to me by teammates in onboarding or by other members of my management staff. I can add and update company links so that all of my team has easy access to the information they need all in one place. When I go to my team, I can see my existing employees that are currently on my team and even those that are in onboarding and their current status. Let's take a look at what it looks like to bring an employee through the onboarding process. Our simple step-by-step onboarding, we're gonna give them everything from a custom offer letter, onboarding tasks that are unique to your organization, their W-4, their I-9, and any other documentation that you need in your employment process. You can create custom task lists for individual roles inside the organization or for multiple departments. Once I approve this information, I can send my handbook, my W-4, my offer letter, all this over to the employee. Direct to their inbox where they can complete it all online with electronic signatures. Once my employees join my team, I have easy access to all their information in one place, a total online file for my employees to get rid of all the paperwork and headaches that come with it. I can create custom documents taking any PDF that our organization uses today and turning it into a fillable form by drag and drop fields, and electronic signature form templates. We can also send announcements out to our entire team that not only show up in the HR portal but also come directly to their inbox, allowing us to not have to keep up with email lists for each department. Our reports allow us to transfer this data directly from the HR portal into our payroll system and also track and manage our time off and timekeeping information. As well as keeping up with expirations for these documents. In the timekeeping section, I can manage all of my time-off requests and look at my employees' time cards to keep up with their requests when they miss a punch or have information that they need approved.
