So before I had a VA, I was doing everything from answering my emails, scheduling meetings, doing a ton of low-value tasks, things that did not provide value to me or the business. I knew I needed help, but I had no idea where to start. And that brought me into really what I've realized over the last few years is where many entrepreneurs fail. They don't know what to delegate, they don't know how to hire properly, and they don't have a system for onboarding and training. And most importantly, they're not thinking outside the box. They're not hiring offshore talent and people at a lower income that can supplement your existing staff in the US and help you grow exponentially. And when I say lower income, I'm not saying that you hire them for lower than what they're worth. You hire them for the rate of what the job pays in their area and make sure that you pay above that rate so that they can live a great life and they can continue to grow with you. All right, so what to do first.
