What they do is kind of interesting because they don't just acquire these companies and then make them all Venture. You know, when I was at ADP, they used to have a thing, they'd say whenever they acquired somebody, they wanted to wash them red. So immediately the acquisition was to become ADP-ified as quickly as possible. So if they acquired a small payroll bureau or even a mid-sized payroll bureau, they wanted to make sure that it was clear that this was now ADP and they wanted everybody on board all rowing in the same direction. Well, Venture has a very different mindset and philosophy in how they're going about it they're making. If you go to the website, for example, of Namely, you will see it's namely a venture company. So they're doing this a little bit differently. And I think you'll see why as we start to go through this strategy and pick it apart.
