This term T-shaped, T-shaped marketer is something that's coming up all the time lately is like, look, you're good at a bunch of things, which is the top of the T, but you're really good at one or two things, which is the bottom of the T. And too often people think that they're gonna hire one marketing person and they're gonna be able to do all this stuff. They're gonna be a graphic designer, they're gonna be a content writer, they're gonna manage the content, they're gonna do video, they're gonna do, you know, trade shows, they're gonna do everything. Well, guess what? That person does not exist and they definitely don't exist fresh outta college. So like you're gonna have to get some additional discipline. Ones in there, even if you just need to supplement with contractors online, you know, both in near and abroad are great ways to fill that in. So I love that.
