So the hospital never called and said, hey, we're here, you're having a bad time, you're burnt out, we're worried about your mental health. Because yeah, God forbid you should be treating patients and in surgery if your mental health isn't like totally screwed on, right? I mean, fascinating.
I mean, yes. And people are like, well, that's not safe. And we've been trained to compartmentalize since the time we got to medical school. Doctors have been trained to shove aside any personal needs, anything that's going on, and compartmentalize that, shove that aside, and, and focus on the task at hand. And we're really good at that. Um, unfortunately.
