Well, here's one of the big challenges in the industry. You want to learn a new skill, right? And so you sign up and you go to an event, right? There's tons of events that you can attend every single year, and there's, there's a lot of great events, right? You go to IOF, you go to TOBI, you go to Ortho-Sono, you whatever, right? AAO, you know, AOM, whatever the organization is. Right? And they're all fantastic events. And what they do is they teach you all the medical stuff. Like every 12 minutes there's another doctor coming up talking about how they do their injections and they use this size needle and they, they do this and they do that and they stand on their left leg and they, you know, they only inject with their left thumb or their right, like all this stuff, right? I'm kind of exaggerating, right? But they talk about all these really cool things that they're doing and what the patient, the patient Patients getting this result, and it's all science-based, and you all sit there and you geek out. Your eyes get big as saucers. Oh yeah, hey, we gotta just— let's do a double spin rate and let's, and let's do it during the full moon because it's gonna give us the biggest platelet count, right? Like, it's so cool, right? Here's the problem. No one teaches you how to make money. No one shows you how to take that back into your practice on Monday And turn that into cash. Okay? And here's the, here's the problem that, that most doctors have, and I'm gonna suspect, I'm gonna guess that you have, is that you sit there and you say, wow, I don't really wanna talk about money, you know? And so what happens is you, during the breaks, you talk to your other doctors and you say, well, what do you charge for PRP? What do you charge for PRP? And everybody goes, I charge $650 or $750. And, and maybe if you're really smart, you go, Well, how did you come up with that price? And the other doctors go, well, you know, it just kind of felt right. So I wanna make— I wanna, I wanna paint this picture for you. You are getting your pricing structure from a brunt— from a bunch of other broke doctors who can't make payroll, right?
