In this promotional video, Matt (the speaker) addresses doctors and medical practice owners, arguing that their current marketing—primarily Facebook ads—is ineffective because it treats prospects as "ice‑cold" leads (what he calls "Eskimo marketing"). He uses a military force‑multiplier analogy, comparing a successful marketing strategy to a coordinated campaign with ground, naval, and air forces, emphasizing the need for diversified channels to achieve exponential impact. Matt explains that Facebook ads interrupt strangers, generate low‑interest leads, and require a lengthy warming process. He advocates allocating a portion of revenue into a strategic fund that builds a multi‑channel funnel, moving prospects from ice‑cold to hot over time. The video concludes with a call‑to‑action: doctors can obtain his free book, "The Anatomy of a 7‑Figure Medical Practice," which promises a roadmap to transition from insurance‑based to cash‑based care and dramatically increase earnings.

Hi, I'm Matt, and I help doctors just like you get free from insurance in 12 months. Think about your marketing like this: your marketing is like a military campaign, and you know, if you want to win the battle, you need to be able to have ground troops, naval troops, you need to have air superiority. There's like 3 or 4 different things. It's a concept called forced Multiplier. And in the military parlance, the more that we can attack the enemy from a number of different ways, the more the exponential impact that we have, what we're going to be able to claim that territory from the enemy. Well, your marketing is the same way. If all you're doing is running just Facebook, and I'm going to tell you right now, and I'll dive into this more, Facebook is actually the worst way for you to market your medical practice. I'm going to say that again. Facebook is the absolute worst way for you to market your medical practice. So you wanna take a portion of what you make, and I want you to put it in a fund so that you can actually create a real strategy that over time will bring you patients like clockwork. Now, let's talk a little bit more about why your marketing hasn't worked in the past. And here's why. If you are marketing on Facebook, and I use Facebook as an example because I find that most of my clients have done this, but Facebook, the reason why Facebook is so hard to make work Is it's what we call Eskimo marketing. It's ice cold, okay? They have zero relationship with you. They don't know who you are. They don't know anything about you. Basically, you interrupted them with an ad that said that you could make their knee pain go away or get them better sex or help them sleep through the night or get rid of their hot flashes. And so while they're on their phone doing this, watching whatever show they're watching, Breaking Bad or whatever they're watching, or the reruns of The Sopranos for the 48th time, or they're watching a football game, when they're scrolling through while they're half thinking about it, they say they want more information. And Facebook autofills that information. And so they're really ice cold. They really aren't all that interested. And so what you have to do in order to make your sales work, your whole process work so that people will buy from you, is you have to move them from ice cold to warm to lukewarm to hot. Everybody wants to know what's next. Well, I'm going to give you some more free resources. And the best thing is go get my book, The Anatomy of a 7-Figure Medical Practice. It is the definitive guide on how to escape insurance-based care and move to cash-based care. You can order the book for free.
