I Copied a 5M Views/Month AI Channel in 5 Min (It Worked)

Matt Par shows how to generate a full YouTube explainer video in minutes using TubeMagic for scripts and Claude with Higgsfield MCP for animation. He targets underserved niches like weight-loss for over-50s and monetizes through affiliates and courses, but warns that speed alone won't work without a unique angle and consistent channel character.

This YouTube channel right here gets 5 million views per month, and I'm gonna copy them in literally just the next 5 minutes by using AI. And I'm also going to show you other niches you can do this in, which are way more untapped and arguably even better. And what we're gonna do is open this channel and take a look at the videos that they upload. They upload sub-10-minute videos which are animated, and they teach different events that have happened throughout history. And these videos used to cost hundreds, if not thousands of dollars to hire somebody to make, and I know because I run channels similar to this, but that has all changed due to AI. Now you might be saying, Matt, if this is so easy to just generate with AI, doesn't that mean everybody's going to do this? And how am I going to differentiate my channel and actually keep making money doing this for a long time into the future? And I'm going to answer that for you at the end of this video, but I just wanna demonstrate to you first how insanely easy this is. Now this channel's top viewed video is What Happened When Kamikaze Pilots Failed or Wimped Out. It's only 3 minutes long. And even though I generally recommend videos longer than this, you should really just take the amount of time it takes you to give maximum value. So if this question can be answered in 3 minutes, that's totally fine. But if there's stuff that would make it more interesting and you could extend it to 18 minutes, that's also totally fine. So what we're going to do here is generate the script. I prefer to use TubeMagic for this since it's trained on all of the top videos on YouTube. And I'll put in this video as a context video as well as a few other videos on this topic. And then I'll simply type out the title and click Generate. And now we have our script. And now for the video, this is where things have gotten insanely easy. You've probably heard of ChatGPT or Claude, but may not have known that these can actually generate videos, but not exactly on their own. You have to install what is called an MCP. This is a way of connecting a different external tool to Claude or ChatGPT. Now, I like to use Claude for this because I do think it's a little bit better, and I also like to use the Higgsfield MCP. Higgsfield is an AI video generation company, and they're incredibly amazing, especially for this feature I'm about to share with you that was recently launched called Higgsfield Explainer Videos. And as you can see here, there's bunch of different templates for these explainer videos, from 2D illustrated videos to whiteboard doodles to 3D mix videos. And these all look insanely good. And in the past, you would have to hire somebody at an absurdly expensive rate or take hours editing all of this yourself. But now you can do it in seconds. Check this out. We're gonna go to Claude, go to the settings, go to connectors, and then add in the Higgsfield MCP information. And then I'm going to open up Claude on my computer and click this plus button, go to connectors, and make sure that Higgsfield is turned on. And then go ahead and put in this prompt saying, using the Higgsfield MCP, create an explainer video about this topic using this style with this format, keeping the character setting and color palette consistent across every scene. Assemble everything in order. Here's the script. And then we'll click generate. And here is the video that we got back.
Kamikaze pilots were expected to die, but some came back alive, having failed or refused to crash into enemy ships. Those who returned with engine trouble were rescheduled, but pilots who lost their nerve faced beatings.
And so overall, this is an incredibly high-quality video that I would actually say is better than the History Matters channel, and we made it in just a couple of minutes. But if only it were that easy to just generate videos like this, upload them to YouTube, and get tons of views. It does not always work that way whatsoever. And now with tools like this, anybody's going to be able to generate videos like this. And so how do you stand out, and how do you actually make a bunch money from this? Well, I'm gonna show you that in just a second, but first I wanna answer the question that a lot of people out there might have, which is why are we using Claude for this? Why shouldn't we just, for example, go directly into higgsfield.ai? As you can see right here, by the way, they're the sponsor of this video. Huge thanks to them for that. They're actually an amazing tool that I spend a lot of money on every single month myself, but it's way less money than I used to spend on freelancers in the past, and it saves me untold amounts of time. So why don't people just go into higgsfield.ai/explainer and type in, for example, make an animated explainer video on this topic, choose the duration, choose the voice, and just let Higgsfield do everything for you? Why are we using Claude for this? Well, the reason we use Claude is due to the fact that it gives us so much more granular control. For example, if we have a voiceover that we want to use, if we want to use our own voiceover, we can upload that to Claude and tell it to use that. If we want, for example, a consistent character who's consistent across the entire video, we can upload a picture of that, give it to Claude, and then Claude can code out an entire way of editing that video and then putting that character in the video. And I've done multiple videos here on the channel showing exactly how to insert a character into the videos. And that actually answers the question as to what should you do and how should you make your channel stand out if anybody can do this. Well, that comes with having a unique perspective on whatever you're talking about. It's one thing to give an explainer on a topic, but if anybody in the world can do this, then what's the value of it if it just gets commoditized? The value lies in having a unique perspective on what you're explaining. For example, look at channels like Alicia Invests or Zinni Studio, who gets tons of views every single month and makes tons of money. But these aren't just random faceless videos. Instead, they have a character who is the face of the channel. And you don't even need to step in front of a camera to do this. If you want to, that's totally fine. You can also use this Higgsfield explainer function to have graphics popping up through your videos if you are a personal brand. But if you want to do faceless videos, you simply generate up a character, give that to Claude, and then have Claude use all of Higgsfield's tools to put together an incredibly valuable video. And even then, when AI gets better and better and most types of content is becoming increasingly commoditized, you're building IP or intellectual property that you own. And what this means is that when AI gets better, you can use that AI then to expand your reach, make more videos, start new channels, and all with less and less work. But you need to make sure you're doing one thing, which is incredibly important, and that is making sure your videos give value. And this is super easy. You just ask yourself, if I was watching this video, am I gonna walk away from this having actually learned something? Am I gonna be better off as a result of watching this? And if you can answer yes to that, then that's fantastic. That's a great video. But usually what that means is not relying on AI 100% for the video. You want to, if you can, insert your own unique perspectives on things, your own opinions on things, and at the very least have an AI character who does so in the videos. And so it's still 100% possible to blow up channels right now. My students and I are doing it all the time. But you just wanna be smart about what you're doing because you don't wanna be in a position where, you know, 2030 rolls around and you haven't even thought about this at all, now's the time to start building your brand on YouTube and start making money from it, which I'm gonna show you how to do in just a second. But first, you may be wondering how much is this going to realistically cost? Because these AI models aren't free. Well, if you're on Higgsfield's Ultra plan, a 3-minute video will run you about $24 for the explainer video feature, and a 10-minute video will run you about $82. So it's still not free yet. However, it's getting cheaper and cheaper. And if you wanna do this, $82 is still way less than 3, 4, 500 $1,200 that you would have to spend in the past on a VFX artist to make these types of videos. But you can actually also make this a lot cheaper by telling Claude when you're making these videos to only use the explainer video feature for the first 30 seconds or the first minute. And then after that point, you can use lower-cost models. And you can tell Claude to find a lower-cost model and keep the total video cost relative to my subscription under $20, let's say, for a 10-minute video. And that's certainly possible. Now before I show you how to actually make a ton of money from this going forward into the future, I want to show you how to give yourself the best shot at this. Because if you just go and do, for example, a general history channel, a really general channel like how to be healthy or how to lose weight, these topics are way too general and you're most likely not going to get many views or make much money doing that. If you want to actually make money with this, the biggest thing that you need to do is to choose a sub-niche that's underserved, that's part of an overall niche. For example, instead of just doing weight loss, do how to lose weight using this specific diet for people over 50. This is a niche that actually has a lot of potential for making you money, and the reason for that is because these are people with a specific problem. And even if you just get a couple thousand views a month and you sell an affiliate program that gives you $100 per sale for whatever the diet is that you're talking about, you can potentially make a full-time income with relatively very small amount of views. My students and I run many channels doing exactly this. For example, here's a channel I started called Stickman Matt, which generates these stickman animation explainer videos about how to grow and succeed on YouTube, and then it sells my course at the end of it. I make thousands of dollars per month off of this channel with a very small investment, and these videos are seeds which will keep coming to harvest for years and years into the future, and they'll keep getting views for a long period of time. And I got this channel to getting 50,000 views per month in literally just a couple of months. So don't just copy a channel because it's getting a lot of views. Copy the people who are actually making money. For example, I see a lot of comments on videos like these saying, "The only way to make money on YouTube is to make videos promoting Higgsfield and get them to sponsor you." And certainly not the only way. I run a dozen other channels on top of this that make tons of money. But making explainer videos about the best AI tools, how to use those AI tools, and then getting sponsorships is another great way of monetizing. But the best way to monetize is either your own product or an affiliate product. And speaking of that channel, Stickman Matt, I actually went into Higgsfield and I put in this prompt right here of a stickman explaining how much YouTube pays per 1,000 views. Keep the character consistent, many different scenes to keep attention, and make the character have medium-length brown hair since I wanted to have it go with the theme of the channel. And then let's take a look here.
Ever wonder how much YouTube actually pays? But the niche changes everything. Finance channels can pull $20 per 1,000, while gaming sits closer to just one.
And that's a pretty great video that we generated just from a prompt right there. Again, you don't just want to do a prompt this big and then upload this to YouTube because you want to make sure your videos are differentiated in some way. And one of the biggest things that it's really amazing to realize right now before you go out there and do this is that the value is not in the visuals. Yes, it's amazing to have great visuals with our videos and everything, but the real value is created in your script. And that's why I really encourage people, even though I own an AI company that helps people write YouTube scripts, you want to use that as a first draft. I always recommend having a human QC everything and adding any of your own knowledge into that as well, and just making sure that your videos give as much value as possible. And take a look at this channel called Everything Simplified, which was literally made in April of this year, and they already have videos with 2 million views on them. For example, this video about facts about the Airbus A380 that will surprise you. I went ahead and I generated this with Higgsfield in just a couple of seconds. Check this out.
The A380 is the largest passenger plane ever built, almost 80 meters of wingspan, 2 full passenger decks, and 4 engines with the thrust of 2,500 cars. What makes it legendary is the ride, quietest cabin in the sky, and 300 million passengers who call it the best way to fly.
That's incredible. And I use the mixed media preset right here, and that honestly looks much better than this video right here that got 2 million views and is a 100x outlier for this channel. But what would you promote from a channel like this as an affiliate, or what kind of course would you make from a channel like this? Well, you have to ask yourself what would be applicable to the greatest number of people out there, and it would be something in the big 3 niches. For example, health, wealth, or happiness. So for example, if you can find a course that you truly believe in— don't just promote any scammy thing out there— but if you find a course you truly believe in and you promote that as an affiliate, that for example, teaches people how to build a business or something, you can put that in the description of videos like these. It won't convert as good as if you're running a channel like Stickman Matt or something that specifically talks about the subject that you're teaching, but you will still get some conversions, and it's generally better than nothing. And another thing as well, it honestly surprises me that more people aren't using these tools. I mean, these tools are so incredible. However, a lot of people are still doing things the old-fashioned way. A lot of people refuse to use AI because they think it's killing creativity and all of these things here. If you use it as a tool that it's meant to be, like the YouTube CEO talked about a few months ago, then personally, I don't see any issue with it. It's gonna allow kids, for example, from their parents' basement in the very near future to generate full motion pictures and full movies, and it essentially allows you to do a lot more with a lot less money. But as with any tool, it can be used for good or bad. Just try to make sure you use it for good. Give people value with your videos. Ideally, sell something from your channel so it can make you a bunch of money. And differentiate your channel by having a character who is present throughout it. For example, if I was doing an airline channel like this here, I would have a captain who's basically the face of the channel, and I would even call the channel like Captain Aviation or something like that. And I think there's a pretty big opportunity with using any of these preset styles right here on types of channels that have already worked. Like for example, if you wanted to do a cruise ship channel based off of this channel that's gotten tons of views, posting videos like 17 dangerous cruise ship mistakes you need to avoid at all costs, Imagine if you did this without just these generic Google Images and stock images, but imagine you did that with one of these styles right here that looked a lot better, that gave a lot more value, and you really dialed in a great script as well that really resonated with your target audience. I think there's a lot of potential in that. Now you might be saying, Matt, that's all great, but I just want to make sure for sure, if I'm going to invest time into this, I'm going to invest in tools and everything else, I want to make sure 100% that I'm setting myself up for the best chance of success, and this won't all just be wasted. I don't want to just sit there, generate a bunch of videos, upload them, and then get no views. I want to actually make this into a real business. If that's you, then I'm going to invite you to something. You don't have to join me on this, you don't have to do this whatsoever. If you don't want to do YouTube, that's no worries at all. But if you're watching this far in the video, you're probably pretty interested in it. So I'm going to invite you to a video that I'm going to put up on the screen next to me right here. And in this video, I'm going to show you some 2026 updates for doing this and how to make this into a real business. This will be the best hour that you ever invested into your YouTube career. Watch it, please bookmark it at the very least. Check it out. My name is Matt Par. Thanks for watching, and I'll see you there.
