Hey, Matt Parker here. You know, I'm really excited. I from all of your feedback, you know, clients, partners and listeners feedback, we're gonna take a different direction on the podcast and, and move more towards what I call Mortgages Made Simple. And then we will also do interviews with industry leading partners on market updates, market reports, see what's happening in different areas from, you know, all the way Whistler to Whistler to Langley and beyond to make sure that we know exactly what's happening in all the different market trenches out there. But for the, for the, for the most part, what we're going to be implementing over the next next little while is a Mortgage Is Made simple series where the idea is to record and, and provide quick, actionable tips to either make or save you money and really simplify the mortgage process. Simplify managing your mortgage and your home finances, simplify home ownership in general. Because I think we're in a time where home financing and just mortgages in general have become just very confusing and there's so many things that I think don't have to be confusing. And we're here to, to make it simple and to make it easily understandable and actually get clarity on the reason behind things and why it is the way it is and how to actually win in the market and understanding all the different dynamics of that from tax deductibility, how can I create a tax deductible mortgage, to first time home buying made simple, why it's, you know, not as scary as you think. You know, the benefits of owning versus renting. There's so many different, different questions that I get asked, asked every single day and, and I understand them and I can see why there's, you know, stress when, when buying or refinancing a home and getting a mortgage for that, for that home, for your home, you know, it's, it's a very, very, very important thing. And, and you know, we really, truly are grateful for the opportunity to be able to be a part of that process and to be a part of that journey and to, you know, to help our clients achieve, achieve their dream of, of the home that they, that they want for them, their family, their kids, which, you know, is generally the largest investment that people ever make and generally the most important because it's the roof over your head. So how can we make that easier? How can we make it simple and how can we give you tips to save money and make money from your home? Because there's so many ways that we've seen clients have such just amazing success in terms of implementing frameworks and strategies that create long term growth and long term benefit from just all these different ways that we can do that. So I'm really excited about it. And if you have any comments, any, any feedback, any questions, please let us know. And we're here to, we're here to help. We're grateful for you having a part of our, our, our community. And we're just looking forward to, you know, finishing out 2020, moving on to 2021. And, and as always, you know, thank you for your don't mess with, you know, mess.
