Once you are kind of that CEO person, you've got the name, you've got the reputation, you've got the brand. You know, a lot of people want your attention, and, you know, for good reasons. You know, people want you to get involved. They're nonprofit. You know, maybe in your community you get invited to stuff, but the volume of that stuff can get to be just way too much. So it's really important to be mindful of the things that are pulling you away from kind of, you know, the core thing that makes you a special business owner. And like, for me, that's like writing code, doing email marketing stuff, working with affiliates. Like, if I. If I'm in that zone of genius, like, I'm doing really well. But there are. There's so many things trying to pull away from that in the world that you have to be really intentional about not letting those things just eat up your life. Because I could be have 30 meetings a week if I said yes to everybody that wanted a meeting or wanted me to go to something. So on my calendar, it will yell at me, like, say you've got 12 meetings in the next week. Don't schedule anymore. And that's just been a real game changer for me.
