Foreign. I'm going to show you how to launch a product in 30 days and we actually do it. In this video, everyone tells you you can make loads of money with AI, but they don't really show you how. In this video, I'll show you how to create and launch a product and get your first customer in 30 days only. We're bringing in Arielle. She's the magical marketer in the MyStream team and the expert in all of these things. In order to launch a product, you need to know what the product is.
Where the people need to buy it.
And all of this could be created with AI tools. In this episode, you'll end up with a business plan, a landing page created with lovable and a pitch deck, all created in a matter of minutes. With Gamma.
Cutting your sales cycle in half sounds pretty impossible, but that's exactly what Sandler training did with HubSpot. They use Breeze, HubSpot's AI tools to tailor every customer interaction without losing their personal touch. And the results were incredible. Click through rates jumped 25%, qualified leads quadrupled, and people spent three times longer on their landing pages. Go to HubSpot.com to see how Breez can help your business grow.
Hi, Arielle. Welcome to the Next Wave podcast.
Hey, Aria. Thank you for having me. I'm super excited.
I'm so excited as well. A lot of people come up with really good ideas in their sleep sometimes and they don't know where to start and how to start. And even when they want to start something, they have like loads and loads of Google Docs and it just gets overwhelming and they get burned out. They don't know how to launch their product and just the product basically dies. So in this episode, we're going to teach people how to do this, all using four AI tools. Just four AI tools, nothing more, nothing less.
Yeah, so I definitely agree with you. Like, there's a lot of decision fatigue that happens and I think people don't know where to start and then they just never move forward with it. But thankfully, with AI and the tools and the workflow we have here, it's going to be a lot easier just to get started because you want to move as fast as you can and then just get the ball rolling because you just want version one and then you can improve upon it. But nothing's ever going to happen if you never have anything created.
Yeah. So can you show us, like from A to Z, how we can make all of this using those tools?
Yeah, definitely.
Like the first kind of draft that people can come up with in order for them to create that idea.
Yeah. So the first thing is you want to have a solid foundation of what your idea is. You don't have to have it all fleshed out. You can use Claude to help you figure that out, but you at least want to know what the name is, what it is, and what the mission value is. So you'll want to have that brainstormed with Claude and really figure out what it is that you want to have. Fun, fully thought out for moving forward. As Maria said, we're going to want to have a landing page for people to come to your product. You're going to want to create a pitch deck, so that way you can let your internal team, or if you're pitching this to any investors, you'll have that and then you'll have a business plan. So that's where we're going to get started, is brainstorming that idea in Claude. So for our purposes, I've already created a fake business product just to walk us through what this will be. The product is called Meeting Mints, which is, funnily enough, a stress relief mint for meeting heavy professionals.
Extremely creative. We love that idea.
Again, this is all made up, but very fun. It's. If you're in back to back meetings, the flavors include. This could have been an email. We've all been there. You can pop that in. That's an espresso mint. Another mint flavor is called you're on mute. Everyone knows that we've been on Zooms and everyone can see my screen. Right. And that's a lavender mint. And the last one, which is my favorite is let's take this offline. So that one is a spicy cinnamon mint. So again, this was all generated within Clawd had a little bit too much fun with it. But for these purposes, that's what we're going to move forward with.
Genius ideas.
So the vision for this is these are all packaged like a first aid kit with a retro 70s brand. Of course, everyone's been on back to back Zoom meetings, so I think a first aid kit would really appeal to audiences. And the tagline for this product is because sometimes the only thing worse than the meeting is having bad breath during one. So now that we have all that foundation, we're going to have Claude come up with a couple color ideas. So it gave me brand colors, gave me brand visuals. So all that information we're going to be using for the next AI tools, just to make sure we have everything cohesively and it all aligns with the brand look that we have.
Arielle. It's all good to have the main idea and like, dream big dreams and stuff, but they need essential things, right? Like, these are the essential things that people should keep in mind whenever they need to come up with something. Something correct. Can you let us know what these are?
Yeah. So you do want to spend a good amount of time here on the foundation because you want to ensure that moving forward, everything's cohesive, everything has a brand identity, and it's all similar that way. If someone's looking at your pitch deck, it's not very different from when they're arriving at your landing page. You want to make sure that everyone understands your brand identity and will know that your product is all from the same person and all from the same business. So that's really essential. So focusing on making sure you have your brand colors, your brand visuals. Again, you don't have to do this alone. You can lean on cloud for this, but you want to make sure you have that. So that common thread through every single interaction your audience has with your brand is similar.

So now that we already have our brand identity, the next place that you want to start is building out your business plan. Like we said, you're going to launch this in 30 days, but you want to make sure you're keeping track of how you're moving through each of it so you don't fall behind. So for our purposes, I created this prompt. I'm using Notion at this time because I find Notion really great, their AI tool. All you have to do is prompt it and it really just generates it for you so you don't have to dig through templates or anything. So that's why I'm using Notion. But you can definitely use other tools. So the prompt that I have here is giving Notion AI specifically background on my product. Again, when you're using AI, context is everything. You want to make sure that you're giving every AI tool that you're using some context on your tool. So if you just tell the hey, build me a product roadmap, it really won't know what your needs are. It really doesn't know what timeframe you have. It could be from 30 days to a whole year. So be as specific as you can in the prompt. As you can see here, we have week one, what we want, week two, week three, week four. And you can definitely use this prompt or make your own variation on it to fit your business needs. And here is the final product. So again, I only created this in a matter of minutes, just prompting based on text what notion a I should be using. So it has what the task is, the category, whether it's product, whether it's PR work that you need to do, whether it's messaging or photography, building out your website, what priority list it is, the status, whether you've started or not or it's in progress. You can make those adjustments here and then what week it falls under. So there.
How long did it take you to create this?
This was only in a matter of about less than five minutes. It really was really quick to generate, which was very impressive because it created all these categories. I can customize it and it's still very malleable with what I need, especially if there's some tasks that were created. I'm like, not quite what I wanted.
So again, the business plan could take five minutes to be created. You know, nothing could stop someone from having all their ideas come to life, right?
Oh, yeah. If anything, this is just keeping me accountable to move forward with the idea that I have. Again, decision paralysis is very real. Procrastination is very real as you're creating a business. So this is really helpful.
And we should mention whatever crazy idea you come up with, no one's going to judge you. You can come up with something as crazy as your brain can muster.
Yeah, I mean, come on, we have a product on meeting Mints for like zoom calls. It's totally fine. Make up something funny. You never know, it might do really well.
No one's gonna judge you. Can you tell us what to do next with this?
Yeah. So then the next step is definitely building out the landing page. I find very fun. So what I ended up using is the tool Lovable because it's so easy to use. Again, Lovable's not the only tool that you can use, but I use it because all I have to do is use a text and a prompt and it really generates it for me. Lovable also has their own product landing page tool that you can use. So it really made it much easier versus me telling it like, ok, I want you to build out a product landing page. It already has that for you. It already has that template. So what I ended up doing, because I'm not a website developer at all, I asked Claude. I'm like, hey, because, you know, I have meeting mints. You know what the mission statement is, what the colors are. Give me a prompt that I can give to Lovable. And I highly recommend this because I'm not a great prompt writer, but AI for AI really is. So I asked Claude to create this prompt. It's quite lengthy, but it has the sections, the hero flavors, everything. That is going to be incredible.
Look at the details.
Yeah, Like, I don't want to write this. Have Claude write it.
Who has time to write this? I want to come up with the idea. I want to come up with the deets. Oh, my God.
Yeah. This took, I would say, maybe about like, seven minutes for Lovable to create. But look at this. It has the colors. It's got the 70s color brand that I was asking for. It has the flavors that we specified. You know, espresso mint, cooling, peppermint, lavender, mint. With the names that we have already established, we have this fun little, like, how it works as well as these fake testimonials that you could always replace with actual testimonials.
Incredible.
Yeah. And so there you go.
You said 70 psychedelic posters, but then it came out with an Austin Powers as well. And this is what I love. Yeah, yeah. Probably the only person that would judge you is your sibling or your mother. And that's okay. They don't have to know, as long.
As you're raking in money at the end of the day.
Like, yes.
We'll be right back to the show, but first, I want to tell you about another podcast you're going to love. It's called My First Million, hosted by Sam Parr and Sean Puri, and it's brought to you by the HubSpot Podcast Network. My First Million is one of my favorite podcasts. I listen to it almost every week. They have some of the best business stories, startup stories, and really, if you want to learn more about business or starting a company, it's the best podcast to listen to. And recently they've been talking a little bit more about AI, So I highly suggest you check it out, listen to My First Million wherever you get your podcasts.
So this is the third step, correct?
Yes, this would be the third step. So creating your landing page so you have your audience able to order your product.
And what is the last step with this? How can people go live with us?
The final step is, even though you have your business plan, you have Your brand guidelines. You have your landing page. Okay, great. But what if you want investors? What if you have a team where you want to be able to communicate to them, hey, like, this is what the brand is. This is how we're going to pitch it. This is how we're going to sell it. You want a pitch deck because you want to be prepared. So what you can lean on is Gamma. Again, I had Claude, which is the tool that I was just using, create a prompt to create a pitch deck for me. And again, I gave it the same parameters of what the brand is, what the colors are and kind of what I was looking for.
We love Gamma and HubSpot. Like, they're the besties that nobody asked for. But, like, we actually. Yeah.
And like, who wants to spend time creating a pitch deck?
Nobody. The answer is nobody.
So it's all taken care of for you here. And it looks beautiful. Like, look at this color. And then the colors are pretty consistent throughout. Like, it even generated this fake look of the product. I didn't prompt it to do anything like that.
Low key, it's looking like a washing pod. But, like, this is.
That is very true. Please don't eat the Tide Pods, kids.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So, like, as you can see, it really tells, like, who the target audience is. Again, I didn't prompt it with that. It came up with that idea what the brand personality is. It's got the almost psychedelic look here with the abstract look and what the key messaging is. Again, I didn't prompt it to do that, but it generated it just shows.
You how creative Gamma can be sometimes.
Oh, yeah. And it gets the idea. And at the very least, you have something to edit from here. You don't have to start with the blank page.
Beautiful. Amazing.
It's great. By the end of that now, you have all of that done.
So, like, if you've been sitting in on an idea, let's just end with this. Since this is probably the best product I've ever seen this year and it's so creative. If you've been sitting with an idea and like for months or years, and this is probably your sign, you know, you don't have to build the perfect thing, but you have to build something. Let's just start with something. And that's the first version. We said this before, tools will replace your idea. They're probably going to make it unstuck to a certain extent and you go from, you know, having nothing to do and like, procrastinating and just entering the wormhole of despair. Into coming out with something, and that could be, you know, the building block for you. So love that. Thank you so much. Aria. This was awesome.
Great. Thank you for having me. So much. Hopefully this was helpful.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
