3 things to win with AI in 2026

Three concrete moves for 2026: centralize your company knowledge in a RAG database like Supabase, identify your biggest constraint (leads or operations), then build AI systems to fix it. For lead generation, use AI bots for outreach and YouTube content. For fulfillment, deploy AI agents that handle client work autonomously.

If you wanna win with AI in 2026, here are 3 things you need to do right now. So number 1, take all of your knowledge, all of your company knowledge into a RAG database. So this is a database that you can set up at supabase.com. It's free where you export all of your videos, all of your documents, all of your SOPs, all of your playbooks, everything. To one place that can be connected with AI. Okay, so that's number one. Next, you need to figure out what is the number one constraint in your business. Is it client acquisition? You don't have enough clients? Or is it client fulfillment? You have too many clients and now you need to hire too many people to take care of your clients. So based on that, you're going to create different types of systems So system number 1 is a client acquisition system. Now that AI is connected to all of your knowledge, what you can do is set up, for example, an AI bot, okay? And it qualifies all of your leads and basically generates calls for you on autopilot in your calendar. Another thing you can do is create a prospecting system. Sending cold email, cold DMs, and managing all the replies. So once again, you wake up to booked calls on your calendars. You can create posting systems, so social media systems, where AI generates scripts and you record videos just like the one I'm recording right now to get more visibility on social media, YouTube, whatever you want. YouTube is the best right now if you want to get clients. I literally just had an 8-figure founder reach out to me— Give me 5! —telling that he found myself on YouTube with an AI video that I recorded a few months ago. And now if you have the clients, but the issue is low profit margins and too many people, too many fires to put out, and you're disconnected from the clients, from the business, —then you need to create client fulfillment systems. And these systems can be— just to give you an example, it can be like if you're in marketing, writing VSLs, creating offers, these kind of things for your clients. But basically, like, this is custom for every business, so I'm not gonna get into this too much. If you want to set this up, like, you know your business better than anyone else, so you can talk to Claude and see how you can actually automate your client fulfillment. But generally, that's creating an AI chat connected to your client's tools that can take actions for them and allow them to do work without having to ask you any question.
