Coaches, consultants, and course creators, your business might be in serious danger and you might not even realize it. AI is not just coming, it's already here and it's reshaping the entire coaching industry faster than anyone expected. So in this video, I'm breaking down how AI is disrupting your business and what you must do to survive and thrive in this new reality. So stick around because this could save your entire coaching career. In the past year alone, we've seen tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other AI systems revolutionize industries from writing to design to customer support. AI is doing things faster, cheaper, and sometimes even better than humans. And now it started targeting the coaching industry. Why? Because the core of coaching is providing guidance, accountability, and expertise, and all of these can now be automated or significantly enhanced by AI tools. So here's the scary part: AI programs can now create personalized action plans, chatbots are offering 24-hour accountability and motivation, and AI tools are delivering tailored feedback in real time when that required a coach before. So here are the 3 specific ways AI is disrupting the coaching industry. Number 1: Information is no longer scarce. Coaching used to thrive on the scarcity of knowledge. People paid for your expertise because they couldn't access it anywhere else. But now AI provides detailed insights, strategies and framework in a matter of seconds. For example, I wanted to fine-tune my fitness goals and I used an app powered by AI, and guess what? It gave me the exact macros that I need to reach daily, uh, to reach my goals, the exact exercises I need to do, including the weight, the reps, the rest time in between, all of it completely automated. And that's the kind of personalization that used to take, a human, a coach. Now it's as simple as downloading an app using AI. So number 2, accountability systems are now automated. Tools like ChatGPT and AI-powered apps are acting like 24/7 accountability partners. They send reminders, adjust routines, and keep you motivated. AI doesn't sleep, doesn't need breaks, and can handle multiple clients without burning out. So number 3, AI is scaling personalization. One of the best selling points of coaching is personalization, but AI is now doing this at scale. So let, let me share another example. So after figuring out my macros, I decided, decided to hire someone to cook my meals for me to eat these exact macros because I don't want to cook. And guess what? He sent me a meal plan generated by ChatGPT. Smart, right? Here's the twist. I still hired him because of the human connection and because of the done-for-you aspect of him actually cooking the meals for me and delivering them to me. So this just goes to show how AI is taking over the technical side of things, but human connections still hold value. So I get this is terrifying. You've worked super hard to build your coaching business. You've poured your heart and soul into helping people, and now it feels like technology is coming to replace you. But here's the truth. AI is going— is not going to completely replace coaches. It's going to replace coaches who refuse to adapt. So the key is learning how to work with AI and not against it. So how do you protect your coaching business? Here are 3 ways to not only survive but thrive in the AI era. So number 1, focus on emotional connection. AI can provide information, but it can't replace genuine human connections and empathy. So take my example earlier. For example, I didn't hire the meal prep guy because of his meal plan. It came from— I heard him because of the human touch and the convenience and the trust factor of having someone else to cook for me. So clients still crave that personal connection. They just want to feel heard, understood, supported by someone who really cares about their success. That's something that AI cannot replace. Number 2, use AI to enhance your services. So instead of fighting AI, use it as a tool to provide even more value. Think about how you can incorporate AI tools into your coaching to save time and offer deeper insights. For example, as a fitness coach, you could use AI to generate personalized workout plans or track client progress so you can spend more time motivating and connecting with your clients. So number 3, create, uh, unique eye-touching experiences because AI Thrive on automations, but it can't replace the value of live workshops, masterminds, one-on-one calls with a real human. So focus on offering services that require creativity, emotional support, and live interaction, because AI doesn't have the ability to inspire or connect deeply on an emotional level the way that you can. So The coaching industry is changing fast, but this is also your opportunity to level up. Don't let AI kill your business, but use it to grow.
