How To Get Ahead of 99% of People (Personal OS™)

In this video Maxime Warnault presents a comprehensive "Personal Operating System" (Personal OS™) designed to give viewers a systematic edge over the majority of people. He argues that extreme consistency—identical daily routines for exercise, nutrition, sleep, and wake‑time—is the foundational secret to out‑performing 99% of the population. To make consistency actionable, he introduces a hierarchical goal‑setting framework that cascades a life vision into 10‑year, 3‑year, 1‑year, 90‑day, 30‑day, 7‑day, and daily tasks. He walks through his own vision (financial freedom, mental toughness, emotional discipline, confidence, physical strength), mission (building simple systems that solve complex problems), and values (discipline over motivation, hard decisions, excellence, responsibility). Using the Japanese Ikigai model, he aligns his passions, skills, marketable abilities, and world needs into a concise purpose. He then details concrete health, wealth, and relationship targets for 2034, and breaks them down into quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily actions, all tracked via a digital journal, Oura Ring, Apple Watch, and AI‑driven feedback loops. The system includes daily gratitude, three‑task prioritisation, habit gamification, and a weekly self‑review meeting. Maxime offers the entire template for free through the Scalers community, encouraging viewers to duplicate, customise, and adopt the Personal OS to achieve their own vision and stay ahead of the crowd.

How to get ahead of 99% of people. The secret is to be boring. Exercise at the same time, eat at the same time, sleep at the same time, and get up at the same time. You have to be boring. Now, this is not all there is to it, but you would not even believe how much consistency in your life would put you miles ahead of 99% of people. But before you be consistent, you need to have a vision. You need to have a goal that you need to achieve. And you need to break this goal into 10-year goal, 3-year goal, 1-year goal, 90-day goals, 30-day goals, 7-day goals, and daily actions. What do I need to do today so that I reach my weekly goals? What do I need to do this week so I reach my monthly goals? What do I need to do this month so that I reach my yearly goals? And what do I need to do this year so that I reach my 3-year goals, 10-year goals, and ultimately my life vision? So this is what I want to share with you in this video. And this is something that I have created and that you can get for free. You're going to get this entire thing right below this video, and it is going to allow you to set up your vision, your mission, your values, and your 10-year goals, 3-year goals, 1-year goals. And then what do you need to do this quarter, this month, this week? And then we'll talk about the journal and all of my health tracking and everything. Okay. So Let's start with the vision. So I have a vision for myself that it's mostly character traits of the person that I want to become. Okay. So my vision is I am financially free, mentally tough, emotionally disciplined, personally confident, and physically strong. I am becoming the best version of myself. I am the best coach to my clients, the best teacher to my students, and the best leader to myself and to my team. I am becoming a millionaire, not just for the money, but for the person I get to become and the people I get to help along the way. I can have everything I want if I help enough other people get what they want. Okay. I have complete time, financial, and location freedom. I can do whatever I want, whenever I want, wherever I want, with whoever I want. And I play infinite games in business, friendship, marriage, where the objective is to keep playing to perpetuate the game. And then I have 5 sentences that I read. This is from Jim Rohn, a video that I listened to. So today I choose to be positive. I focus on the positive instead of getting bugged into the negativity all around me. I am grateful for all that I have. Everything that I have in my life, the fact that I can breathe, the fact that I can see. This amazing place that I live in. I am so grateful for all the people around me. I just want to spend 2 minutes every single day to be grateful. And hopefully more than 2 minutes as well. I am capable of achieving great things. I want to make sure that I know that I can achieve the goals that I set for myself. I embrace challenges as opportunities for growth. Every time I face a challenge, every time I want to record a video, but I feel this little thing behind that tells me, who are you to record this video? Maybe not right now. Oh, there is a coffee to make. Oh, maybe I can do my bed and maybe I can do whatever instead of doing the work. I know that the challenges are going to, to be in the, in my head and the, in the head of other people. So if I want to get ahead of 99% of people, I can't listen to what's going on in my head. And I know that I need to execute on what I say I was, I said I was going to do. And I take action toward my goals every single day. Consistency is key. Okay. So that is my vision. And I come every single day and I read this out loud. What I did as well is I copied this entire thing and I have an AI generator that reads me my goal and multiple times. During the day, I actually listen to my goals out loud. My, what is my vision, my mission, what are my values, my 10-year goals, all the way down to what I need to do today. So I keep on track towards whatever I want to do. Okay. Then we go into the mission. If you don't know the Ikigai exercise, this is what it's going to be about. And I used to do this exercise for the last 4 years, every single quarter. And that really helped me get crystal clear, boiled down to one sentence of what I want to dedicate my life to. And I build simple systems that solve complex life and business problems. So I have a background as a computer engineer and I love to build systems. I love computers. I know I love like to have systems to be predictable in my life. And this is what I, I see in other successful business owners. They all have systems that works for them. And there is a quote by James Clear that says, you don't rise to the levels of your goals, you fall to the levels of your system. So it's amazing to have your goals, but if you don't have a system every day to get back to review your goals, you're not going to achieve them. So the personal operating system is, is the system that makes me review my goals every single day. And you can once again get access to all of it for free below this video if you want to set this up for yourself and get ahead of 99% of people. So Ikigai is basically the answer of 4 questions. And at the intersection of these 4 questions is going to be your Ikigai. So what are you good at? This is your mission. What do you love doing? These are your passions. What can you be paid for? This is your profession. And then what the world needs, this is your vocation. Okay? So for me, I'm good at learning new things. I enjoy learning new things. At building systems, softwares, these kind of things, website apps. This is what I used to do. Growing. I, I love personal development, automating, automating and systemizing. I love systems. I love building. I love computer. I have a— , master's degree in computer science, as I said. So this is what I'm good at. What do I love doing? I've been traveling for the last 6 years, and honestly, this has been one of the best personal development journeys I've been on. To travel, discover new cultures. So this is really something that I'm passionate about. Working out. I changed the shape of my body in the last 4 years, and I am more confident than ever because of this. So working out is part of my every single day life now, and I'm completely addicted to it. Recovery. So I do sauna, ice bath, anything that I can do to recover faster. Sleeping is something that I'm passionate about as well. Mindfulness and spirituality. This is not always about doing, doing, doing. You need to know exactly how you feel. I've done a lot of— Meditation. Plant medicine, and they really opened a new world to me that really, I cannot really explain in a video. Maybe I'll do another video about this. Helping people, contributing, literally, honestly, like, the best thing that I get is, thank you, Max, for this system that you've built. Thank you for helping me doing X, Y, and Z. This is honestly. The most fulfilling thing I've ever done and I, I, I will ever do is helping people and contributing. So this is one of the 6 human needs that Tony Robbins talk about, contribution. And I really, I went to an event of Tony Robbins and I made sure that one of my core human needs is going to be contributing moving forward. So that's why I created this system. That's why I wanna share this system with you guys. And all of this for free. So I'm, I love creating, building, growing, nurturing, making this better and better and better for myself and for you guys. So what can you be paid for? Courses, coaching, communities, software, systems, copywriting, marketing, selling, and helping entrepreneurs. I've been an entrepreneur for the last 4 years. And once again, that goes with contributing. the fact that I am helping others to help other people, it creates a ripple effect. And by me helping you and you helping other people, just knowing that I am able to do this is honestly so fulfilling. Well, um, then what the world needs: purpose. So this is where the EQIs come from. Passion and profits. If you are not making money, you are not going to be able to help other people as much as you want to. So skills to make profits and to live from your passion and purpose. You need to learn new skills. Okay. Goal settings, copywriting, marketing, selling, software building, whatever that is for you. You need to build new skills to be able to reach your goals. Okay. So systems, once again, you don't fall to the— You don't rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the levels of your systems. You need to have systems for everything in your life. And simplicity. If you have a complex system, you're not gonna, you're never going to use it. It needs to be simple to use. Then we have clarity, creativity, and consistency. Consistency is a big one. If you don't do the right thing long enough and consistently, you will not get the results that you want. That's, that's, that's it. Courage, confidence, and commitment. So that kind of plays around with everything above, but I really believe that the universe rewards people that are courageous and confidence come from doing what you say you were going to do and being committed to, to what you want. So all of this creates my ikigai. Okay. Then I have values. Disciplines equal freedoms. Discipline is greater than motivation. Hard decision equals easy life. Easy decisions equals hard life. So I know that every day I need to make hard decisions. Recording this video is not easy, but I'm doing it so my life can be easier after. And sometimes I wait until I feel motivated to be able to do things, but I know that if I'm disciplined and I don't listen to whatever is here, I am going to actually do the work and that is going to get me ahead of 99% of people. Excellence. I am so indispensable, so fucking irreplaceable that my ideal clients from all around the world will line up ready to pay any amount of money to work with me. I am too good to ignore. So this is the standards that I hold myself to. And because I know that I want to have complete time, financial, and location freedom, and to be able to do that, I need to work with excellence. I need to be excellent and too good to ignore. The responsibility. It's my responsibility to succeed. Nobody is going, is coming to save me. And this is the story I will tell one day. So this is from Omozee. Like the fact that you're rock bottom right now, or maybe you're working hard and you're not seeing any results. This is the story that you will tell one day that is going to show other people what it takes to succeed. So I like to remind myself of this. This is the story I will tell one day. And no risk equals to no story. If you don't take risk. Yeah. Then the story is not going to be worth sharing. And be the hero of your own life. So that really puts a fire under my ass and I really wanna get shit done when I read this. Then we have Life by Design. So, hell on earth is when the person you are meets the person you could have been, and you are both complete strangers. If you don't sacrifice for what you want, what you want becomes the sacrifice. So the dream is the journey, not the destination. And this is from Kobe Bryant. And I really, really agree with this. Every time that I have achieved something, I celebrated for like a minute and then I was on up to the next thing. So really I try to every day enjoy as much as I can what I'm doing, the people that I'm with, and I enjoy the journey, even if it's challenging and not exactly the way I want it to be yet, then I know that this is all I have. This moment right now is all there is, and I need to enjoy the journey as much as I can. So then we go into the 10-year, year goals. So for this, I have broken down into 3 main categories of my life, which are health, wealth and relationships. So by December 2034, at the age of 40, I will achieve and maintain 9% body fat while building lean muscle mass to 80 kilograms. And I will do this by working out 4 times a— A week and eating 2,500 calories of nutritious, organic, the best food I can ever find. Okay. And all of this is tracked by my personal operating system. I'm going to show you how I track my sleep, all of my data, my workouts, and my weight. Pretty much everything is inside of this system. Then wealth. I will grow my online business to generate at least $1 million in annual profits while working 4 hours a day. And I will build a diversified portfolio in physical and digital assets worth $2 million. Then I have relationships. By the age of 40, I will have a fulfilling life with my loving wife and 2 children. I will spend daily quality time and weekly dates with them. And I have strong family bonds. I'm in contact with my parents and siblings at least once a week. I have 10+ close friends and couples. We have weekly dinners and activities. And I have a supportive network of professionals. We meet virtually weekly and monthly in, in person. Okay. So I have a well-rounded life in my vision. I have a wife, I have 2 children, I have amazing family connections. I have amazing friends around me, not too much, not too little. I think 10, 10, 10 people is exactly what I need, not more. And professionals around me that, that teach me things, mentors where I can keep growing and learning from. Okay. So then I break it down into 3 years, 1 year, and 90-day goals. Okay. So this is for December 2024. When I record this video, what I need to do is I will spend all of my waking hours building my body and business because my life depends on it. Okay. So this is a bit dramatic, but I, I, I love it. So what I'm working on is the Personal OS. This is the last task that I need to do, which is to record a YouTube video on this. And then I'm going to do one for the Business OS, which is another system that I have. And then I have two other products that I'm launching inside of the scalers community. So this is my 90-day goals for before the end of the year. For this month, where we are in November, I have said no VELPER. So no women, no drugs, no alcohol, no porn, no scroll, nothing. Disappear for a month and spend all of your waking hours building your body and your business. Your life depends on it. So this video, I'm not going to check it because it's not done yet, but this video is to launch the personal operating system. And we are halfway through November and I'm halfway through my goals and the next one is going to be the Business OS as well. So I am on track and this is what this system allows me to do. Okay. And 7-day goals. I have launched the Personal OS, launched the Business OS, launched the Skaters Community with this. So this is when I'm done with these two, then I'm going to launch the Skaters Community with all the systems and all of this. And for this week, I won't be able to do this. So this is going to be 4, but at least until, uh, at the end of the month, I will have this done. So what does success look like in 7 days? And I want to have a clear vision of what that looks like. I have fully launched the Personal OS and the Business OS inside of the Skaters community. Clients can watch the videos and set up the operating system on their own. And ideally, I have 10 new members inside of the community. So every Sunday I have a meeting with myself where I review, did I achieve my goals? Yes or no? Did I achieve the vision for the week? Yes or no? And then I ask myself what went well, what didn't go well, and what did I learn and what will I do to improve? Okay. So this is what I'm doing in terms of my goals. So I review this every single day. At the very minimum, if I don't read this, I have the audio of all of this text. That I read when I wake up in the morning, when I go to bed at night. Okay. So next I have the journal. So here I, I come every day and I have my 3 most important tasks for the day. I needed to record a video on my YouTube setup right now. So I have the mic, my phone, the light, like all the different equipment. So this is already post it on my YouTube channel. So right now I'm recording the Personal OS video, and then I need to record an AI bot video for the software. And then I journal. I have my journal here below. So good morning, 8 hours and 56 minutes of sleep. As you can see, I'm on fire today. So I feel on fucking fire. I said it. I woke up like naturally and I'm just feeling great. And that's why I'm taking the day today to record as many videos as I can, because that's I know that my energy today is freaking amazing with 9 hours of sleep. And I'm feeling great, so I just want to do it. The weather is shit, so I'm going to enjoy this time to record as many videos as I can this morning. As usual, I will go to the gym from 12 to 2, and I will eat the sauna right after because I will, uh, I have a biohacking event tonight. So I've never been so excited and so clear on everything I do, thanks to my personal operating system and I, and my business operating system. I just can't wait to have everything recorded and uploaded and share it with the world. That's pretty much it here. And this is my journal. And then at night I would say, good evening. And then I will start writing my journal in here. I can do this from my phone. So even if I'm outside, go having dinner or whatever, I can do my journal. And, uh, then I have 9 tasks that I need to do for my health, my wealth, and my relationship. So I need to exercise. I need to do an ice bath and sauna. Oh. Or sauna, and I need to eat clean and drink 3 liters of water. So I always eat the same thing every single day. So generally it's easy for me to tick this box and I track my, my water as well. For my wealth, right now I'm mostly in the operations of everything and I'm recording this video so I can do the marketing and sales. My days are not 100% complete on this because I'm not selling and not marketing anything except like recording this video. So I can say marketing is done today. And you can see that as I tick the boxes, I need to go to 100%. So this is kind of gamifying my days to make sure that I achieve what I say I would do. Okay. Then I need to send gratitude text. I need to talk to strangers and I need to meditate and do breathwork. Okay. So that's pretty much, it's very easy. It is within my days that I'm able to do all of these things. And I don't need to, it doesn't take extra time. Uh, Tony Robbins has this concept of no extra time. What can I do? For example, I, I'm going to exercise and I, I see someone new. I'm going to say, hi, what's up? What are you working on today? Blah, blah, blah. I just want to be social and I want to talk to strangers because you never know what opportunity is going to come from just saying hi and just giving someone a compliment. So that's pretty much all I do every single day and the rest is automated. So every day I have my our Oura Ring data coming in, in here. And I, I can review my sleep, I can review my readiness, and I can review my activity. All of this data, so my goals, my journals, my Oura data, my health data. So I weigh myself every single day when I, as soon as I wake up, the first thing that I do is I weigh myself. And so I have my weight and my body fat. Then I got my steps, VO2 max, the amount of water that I drink, and the amount of caffeine that I drink as well. I have this, this thing here that measures my caffeine intake. I love coffee. And so I send all of this data automatically. I don't have to do anything. It's all there. I measure my water. I measure my, like, pretty much everything. And then I can send all of this data to AI to tell me exactly what I need to do to achieve my goals. Okay. And then I have my workouts. So from my Apple Watch, once again, every day it's sent automatically here. And I have every Sunday during my meeting with myself, I have a, an AI bot that gives me recommendations on my sleep, on my health and fitness, and on my journals, my mindset. Oh, can I like. Achieve my goals faster, the— what I— whatever I said in my journal that is hindering my progress, my limiting beliefs, this kind of thing. It gives me some feedback to achieve my goals. So that's it for this video, guys. If you want the Personal Operating System, the link is going to be below this video. It's inside of the Skaters Community. Everything is inside there. I have one hub where I want to help as many people as I can to get clear on their vision, their mission, their values, and their goals. And what do they need to do today to reach their weekly goals, this week to reach their monthly goals, this month to reach their quarterly goals, and this quarter to reach their yearly goals, and this year to reach the 3-year, 10-year, and ultimately the vision to becoming the best person you can ever become and— get ahead of 99% of people. So that's it for this video. If you want it, click the link below in the description, join the SCALERS community. You would have access to this entire thing. You can create your own vision, mission, values, your goals, and you can literally set up this entire thing for yourself in about an hour. Really, I made it so easy for everyone to get so crystal clear on what you need to do. today, this week, this month, this quarter to achieve your dreams, your goals. So spend the time right now, go through the system. It's just like literally you duplicate it and then you fill it out. So you might need to have a meeting with yourself on Sunday to fill it out, to do your ikigai, your vision, to really get clear. And I'm reviewing this every day. I change this every single day and I'm trying to make it as good as I can. So you can see it flows pretty well right now because I refined this over the last few years to make sure that This is really guiding me towards the, the person that I want to become. So go ahead, get the Personal OS below this video, and I will see you guys inside of the scalers community. Peace.
