Chapters
All right guys, welcome to Woop. So this is a community platform that is free and allows you to host your free community, your paid community, and different online courses that you, that you have all in one place. So it's a competitor that gets into the market. I think they've been around for like a year or something like that, and I I just played around with the— with their interface, and someone asked me, like, to do a video on how to set it up. So that's what I'm going to do. So we have a Getting Started here. I think if you do, like, 500 in the first 24 hours or something like that, you get invited to New York City. Yeah. This time is like $10,000 in 30 days, um, to fly you out to New York City to their office. So if you do that, that would be amazing. So welcome to your WAP. The first steps are to, are to add apps. So the way WAP works is you add apps. So you can see chat, forum, content, video, calls, and courses. These are all apps that you can add or remove to your Woop. I'm gonna get to that in a second, but I just want to make sure that you kind of understand how it works. You can set a payout. So the good thing is, if you're a coach or a course creator, then Woop has their own payment processor. I believe they use Stripe, but they have something special that doesn't— that is not going to flag you. So whenever you set up the, the payout They're gonna accept you and you can start running your payments through Wup. They also integrate with PayPal and Coinbase, I believe, to accept crypto payments. So you can add apps, you can set up payouts, and then you can review and edit your store, which is where I want to start. Okay, so let's just go either click on Edit Store or click on Edit Store here on the left. And here is where you're going to have the, the store page. Okay, so the store name, you can name it whatever you want— Life Intelligence. Okay, and even when you click on the, on the page, it's going to direct you to the, the area that you want to modify. So if I click on this, then we're gonna have the different products, then we have the tagline. Um, then what I would recommend is, um only showing up the free thing here because it's rare that people are going to buy this, especially when it's a high-ticket item. So I would make it hidden. Okay, so the way you do this— let me just go through these things here on the left and then we will hide this. So store name is Life Intelligence. The tagline: Everything school should have taught us. 'About life but didn't.' I like it. Description. So this is what goes here at the very bottom. So this is a description of the entire, uh, entire— whoop— on the entire community. Features. You can add new features in, in here. So free book, free Kindle access, store images. This is what you, you're gonna see here. So you can add images and videos as well. So if you have a video sales letter for your WAP, this is where you're gonna set it. Then you have the logo here. This is what is going to show on the left, um, when, when people want to join. The category, so you— Lifehacks, uh, well, it seems like— oops, let's go back to edit. So, uh, the category, so we just did this. The products, so now we get into the products. So Empower Gen Z Community, okay. So this is the free community and this is the paid product. So let me show you just quickly how to create a paid product. So let's say you want to create a paid community. So you, you create the paid community, click on continue, you make it paid because we already have the free one. Continue. I would make it a subscription. So you can either do a subscription or a one-time payment. So if you have a low ticket course for $47, for example, you would choose the single payment. So I'm going to choose subscription, and I'm going to say this is $97 a month. There is no free trial, no initial fee, and anybody can join basically. And I'm going to make this public so everybody can see the link in the home page when I, when I, when I send them the link. Okay, if you click on view advanced options, it's going to allow you to accept PayPal Okay, because it's recurring, it doesn't allow you to accept crypto. And yeah, that's pretty much all I wanted to, to share here. So now if you— if we go back to the page store, so if we go to Life Intelligence, now we have the free community, the paid community, and this one, this iTicket. Item for, for 3 months. Okay, so if we go back, what I can do is you can see visible, visible, visible. I would make this hidden and I would make this hidden. So this way, when I refresh this page, the only thing that I can see is that this is a free community. Empower Gen Z Community is an opportunity to access free metal. Um, so now people have to join to see the other, the other product. Okay, and if I want to share the paid community, I just click copy the link and I would add an app here and I would do, uh, content. I would do a welcome page. Okay, so you can preview as a user or you can set it up. Let's share the access. So this is only for the people in the free community, or anyone in the internet will be able to view the, the content. I think it's fine. So content, so this is going to be "Welcome, life will teach you things you should have learned." 'in school but didn't.' Okay, and then if you want to add a call to action: 'If you want to unlock all the courses and ask me anything every single week...' 'Click here to join our paid community.' Okay, so I'm gonna add the link, paste the link here for the, the product, and then we can change the color. Let's say green. And I'm going to put this very big. Okay, and we can center it. Click here to join our paid community. And I'm going to publish. View as user. And now every time that I click on this, it's going to take me to the paid community. So now I can actually pay to join. So if I refresh this, the link would not be available, but now that I click here, I can see the, the, the product and I can join this paid community as well. Okay, so this we can rename it here on the left. So I would say welcome, and I would change the icon. I would say black and this wave. So welcome, okay. So now we have the welcome post that people can see when a join. Now if you want to add other products, then it's fine. Now if, um, when you are on the phone with people, let's say you want to sell this iTicket item, then what I would do is copy the link and send them the link like that, and it's going to take them to the checkout page, um, like this, so they get 3 months access to, to the product. Okay, and there is a description of the product, um, and people can join us as well. So that's pretty much it. Um, let's create a product, low ticket, paid, single payment. Let's say it's gonna be $47, never expires. Uh, we're gonna make it visible to the public. And now this time you can accept Coinbase payments, so people can pay you in crypto. So we're going to update the price, and then we're going to see what— So now they get access to a checkout page like this, and they can actually pay for the program right away. I actually like this layout much better because it focuses on the payment rather than the the community. So yeah, I like, I like this a lot. Um, so that's pretty much it for all of this. I will get into, um, adding apps. So chat allows you to chat with your members. So let's go into the, into the chat. Why are mental health issues so heavily on the rise? So you can set up— so you see who can react, all the members. Who can post, all the members. Block URL to prevent spam, um, so you can do that as well. And you can decide on who actually has access to this chat. So this is for the Team Power blueprint. Okay, so what we can do just to make sure that we keep things separate is here— I— it seems like the forum the video calls, and the courses are all for the, the Team Power Blueprint. Okay, so I'm going to create a folder specifically for this, and we're going to have the chat. Okay, here. So where members of the Team Power Blueprint can talk together, so they need to have access to this, um, program to be able to see this. Okay. Then we're gonna have the course. So access once again is Team Power Blueprint, and we can set it up like this. So the good thing here is you don't need a video hosting platform because Woop has everything for you. So let's say start here, and we're gonna do welcome to Team Power Blueprint. And then here and there you would upload your video, and we would save the change. And you can send the link directly to this, to this specific course here, to someone. So let's say a client asks you a question, oh, where can I find this, uh, the solution to this problem? Boom, you come here, you paste the link, and they, they get access. Okay. One thing as well we can do in the setup, let me just go back. Access Analytics. Let's see. Previous user. What I want to go over is new chapter maybe. No. Um, there was a way to— so what I'm looking for is actually the video protection, and there was a way to actually protect your videos with like a watermark that goes over the screen with a custom ID for each member. So this way that prevents people from downloading the videos from your courses. So video calls is directly like this, so people would have access to, uh, talking to you directly. And, uh, like, they, they can talk together like this. So I would not actually recommend this, um, for like a coaching program. And this would be, uh, the community aspect of— so basically that allows people to come here and post, interact with each other. So that's where I would have, uh, you. So Mark did a great job here of posting some, some, some videos, but this is more for the, the community. So for example, if you have a welcome, welcome post. Welcome to Life Intelligence. So this, this community would be to— for the Team Power Blueprints. Team Power Blueprints, introduce yourself below. And then you can Add a GIF. Oops. GIF. Hello. And then you would post this. And what you can do is you can pin to the top. So this post is going to always stay here at the top. So every new member in the Team Power Blueprint that comes will be able to come here and introduce themselves as a member. Now, so this is only available to people in the Team Power blueprint, okay? It shouldn't be two things at the same time because this is a free one, this is a paid one, so we want to keep the communities separate. So how do you create a community for your free community? What we need to do is to add an app. So once again, we're going to use the forum. We're going to add the app and we're going to rename this Free Community. And we're going to drag this here and set the access to people who have Empower Gen Z Community. Okay, so this way now every— everybody who joins the, the Free Community is now going to be able to access this, this community here. They have the welcome they can join the paid community and they can join the free, uh, community in here. Okay, so for the free community, I would not do too much. What I want to show you is like the paid one. I would add— so the courses is, is here. Helpdesk, I would add this to your community so this way you can have a ticket system for your paid members. So that would be for the paid program. If they have a question, then they can ask you the question right here and there. Um, so previous user, they will be able to, to open a ticket in, in here. Okay, so cool. Um, then what we need to do is events. So if you have video calls every week with your community, then that's what I would do here. So we're gonna rename this, we're gonna say coaching. Yep, I'm gonna place this here, coaching. And basically you can add new event, call with Mark every day, every— so from 10 to 11. Repeats every Friday. So we're going to change this to Monday. Okay, so it's going to repeat every Monday. Zoom, zoomwithmonk.com. So that can be, uh, generated free because they are already in the community. You can add an image and the host is going to be, uh, Mark Newey, and this is a coaching call to teach you life intelligence. Okay, so let's say every Monday Mark has a coaching call. So this is what we're going to have here every Monday. And let's say every Thursday now Mark is doing a a Q&A, for example. So Thursday is here. From, we're gonna choose the same time, 10 to 11. Repeat every Thursday. Zoom with Mark.com. This is a Q&A about what you learned in our coaching call. "and to get all of your questions answered." So this is going to be someone else, Mark Newey. Uh, Q&A with Mark. So we can say, "Zoom with Mark is working." Create event. So it's going to create the event every Monday, every Thursday that people can join. And basically they can sign up to all of the events here, register for all events, and they are going to be able to access to all of these events with Mark. So we have the call on Monday, the Q&A on Thursday, and yeah, it's working pretty well. So people can go and and, uh, and attend and receive notification for all of these events. Okay, so if we look at next week, so you're gonna be able to see that, uh, the call on Monday, the call on Thursday. I don't know why it takes the entire, the entire day, but, uh, it is there. Another app that we can talk about is website embed. So any website that you have, you can put it directly inside of the community. So I don't know what that would be, but like if you have a form that you want people to fill, then you can have the link to the form and basically paste the— put the form in here. Google— Uh— Google Forms example. Let's say, for example, this. You would come here, save, and preview as a user, and you will have the form right here and there for people to, to, to fill. So let's say this is going to be a form to ask for testimonials. So we're gonna have "Share your wins." And this is going to be available for the free community, for example. Okay, so now because we have like these two in the free community, we can actually group them together and we can name it Empower Gen Z Community. And now we have everything broken down in folders as well. So you have the free community and you have to share your wins in here where they can fill the form and do whatever they want. Um, let's see what else. So video calls is like video calls directly in, in here. I would not recommend this. I would recommend using Loom. Affiliate links, if you have affiliate links to, to share, like Amazon, things like that. Links to separate website, that works as well. Calendar booking, so there is a— you can get people to book a Code review. So for example, you want these people to upsell to the, the, the product. So you can say, this is a discovery call with Mark. Let's discuss how I can teach your team the life skills that are going to set them up for life. Okay, let's say it's going to be 45 minutes. This is going to be free. You're going to meet on Google Meet, and this is going to be Mark. Okay. You must connect Google Calendar. Okay, so I'm not gonna, gonna do this because it's, uh, let's just do location. Zoomwithmark.com. Continue. Okay, HTTPS. Continue. And we're going to be available from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. That sounds good. Create. And now people can come here and book a call with Mark to discuss or to teach their teens skills that are going to set them up for life, and they can book a call here, select the date, select the time, and create the booking. Okay, um, so we can get access to only people who are in Empower Gen Z, and so Mark can sell the Teen Power Blueprint right here. Okay, so another thing, uh, what else would be useful here? I didn't use any of these other ones. They are very specific if you have like a job board. Like one example that I would see here is if someone is teaching people how to become appointment setters or become closers. Then they could have jobs, they— and they are in contact with like, um, companies that needs this kind of people. Then I would post a job board. This company requested, like, they need an appointment setter. You can come here and apply if you want to work for this, for this company. Uh, all of these other apps I didn't use too much. One that is— that might be good is the suggestion. Okay. Get your users to give you suggestions as to what you're gonna need to do after. So I think that's, that's a pretty good one here. So share your wins is going to be for this one. Actually, I think I like it better in, in here for the paid clients. Okay, and suggestion is going to be for the free clients. What can— how can we improve the free community? And then if they ask something that is actually inside of your paid program, then you can reach out to them and tell them, actually, this is a feature in my paid program. Um, so they can give you feedback in, in here and you can action on them or not. Okay. I think that gives you a good understanding of the apps. So you can add as many as you want or as little as you want, and you can add multiple of the same ones to have, like, for example, a free community and a paid community for your paid programs. Okay, now let's get into the, the dashboard. So in here you will see your monthly recurring revenue, your annual recurring revenue, payment breakdowns, and like pretty much all the stats that you need to see to manage your free and paid communities. Okay, here you have users, so you can see how many people have joined your, uh, WAP. So you can manage them, you can kick them out, you can add a note to their profile. You can see how many communities that they joined. A lot of different things here. So you can send them a direct message if you want to here. So there is a direct message feature as well. And yeah, that's pretty much all you would need to do. You can manage their payments in here as well. So that's it. Checkout link. So you can create checkout link as we've seen for, um, for the low ticket product. Okay, so what I would want is like one for the paid community. So I would get a checkout link for this. And stock optional. I'm gonna create one. And basically here, copy checkout link. So instead of sending people to the page where they see the entire community. Now it's a checkout link focused specifically on this product. Okay, so I like this much, much better. Let's create one for, uh, this one. So we're going to say TPB and no password, 90-day access, create. So now when you're on the phone with someone, you can be like, okay, I'm going to send you a link just go to this link and it's going to allow you to have to pay the price and get instant access to everything that I created. So to the Team Power Blueprint. Okay, so that's what links does. So you can create the checkout link for every one of your products. Milestones is kind of gamification from Woop. So you make If you make $10K in 30 days, you're going to be flew out to their, to their office. So they're gonna pay for your flight and accommodation, I believe. And then when you make $50,000, you get a hat. $100,000, you get a hoodie. Trip to New York if you make a million. $10 million, you get a Rolex. $100 million, you get a Lambo. And a billion dollars, you get a private jet. So if you do that, congratulations. Growth Hacks. So I would recommend you guys go through this so you can set up global affiliates. So for every one of your products and any member that joins, they are going to get affiliate links so they can promote your product and help you join your mission on like helping people, whatever your business does. Okay, so we can set up global affiliates here so they get commissions for, for example, the free community, they would get— so Woop does 30% recurring for life, so we're gonna do the same for our affiliates. We're gonna do 30% recurring payments. And let's say for the, the high ticket, we're gonna give 10% one time for everybody who joins, or like refers people to us. Okay, so that's how it works. So every member that joins is going to have their affiliate link and they are going to be able to promote your product. Okay, so tracking link is where you can track where people are coming from. So for example, we can do Instagram and choose Instagram, and you can say IG. And this is going to create a link that you can post on your Instagram for people to join. If that works— it doesn't work, I don't know why— for people to join your, your Wapp community. And, uh, yeah, and you can track how many people clicked, how many converted, and the conversion rate on, on this specific traffic, traffic source. So let's say you do a lot of, uh YouTube. Now you can say YouTube YT create, and then you have another tracking link for YouTube. Okay, so you can send promo code as well. If you have a promo code for, uh, Christmas, then you can get 10% to everyone. And you can like, if there is— say if there is an expiration, so after Christmas on the 25th. So let's say the 26th of December or the 25th of December at— come on— 11:59. Actually, it's going to be— yeah, 11:59. Then this promotion code expires. So they have to buy— active until December 25, and they can get 10% forever. Okay, finances. This is where you can see all of your payments. So all of the people who paid any, any products, any disputes, and you can handle the disputes before they actually Yeah, you can fight the dispute so you maximize your earnings. And the payouts from Woop based on the people who paid, or like the money that, that is going to get paid to you, and it transfers to your bank. Okay, then you have operations. You have reviews, so people can leave reviews on the page, so you can hide them and show them. Questions, people, same thing. Cancellation reason, you can see why people cancel and you can improve your community based on what they say. Resolution Center, it's if you have open case. Never used it. It will show up here. Okay, so that's actually before people dispute the payments. They are going— you're going to have the ability to like resolve their issue before they actually dispute the payments. Okay, and then Settings. It's, uh, general. You can see like the, the WAP that you joined, the user directory, the stock, the reviews, everything. You can add new people to your WAP, um, the checkout success redirect URL. So you can change the URL people go to after they, they purchase. Um, you can set up all of your tracking with Google, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Eros, Twitter, like everything that you would ever need. Legal, you can upload terms of services and all of these things. Developer, I think it gets more advanced. It's for like Zapier. If someone joins your community, then what happens after people join the community? Or if someone subscribes to something on your website, you want to get them automatically to the community. This is where you're going to be able to, to do that. So audit logs, so this is all the changes that have been, that have been made. And notification is where you manage all of your notification. Okay, so we can go back to the hub and we can see that, like, in— I don't know how long we've been on, but I created a welcome post for everyone to get access to. So when they join the free community, they can get into the paid community. Obviously, I would make this much, much better. So if you have a YouTube video link here, we can update this here. And I just went and copied and pasted a video link, but you can see that it's going to be embedded directly in the, in the, in the post. So that's something you can do as well. And, um, that's pretty much it for the introduction to Wop. I hope this was helpful. So now you can have your free community. Your paid community, your iTicket items, all in one place, and get people to upgrade from the free community. So as you can see here, they get only access to the free one, and then from the free one they can get access to the paid community from here. And from the paid community they can also get access to, um, book a call with you in here, and you give them access to the link to join your iTicket product, and that would be giving them this link. So you can either copy the product link once again, or you go to the dashboard, links, copy checkout link. This is the one that I would actually send them so they focus on buying the product instead of reading everything on, on the page. And now you can upsell people from the free community to the paid community to your iTicket items all in one place. So that's pretty cool. Um, you guys play around with, uh, Woop. Let me know what you think, if that's easy enough for you to do or not. And if you have any questions, I will be here to answer, and I will see you in another video. Peace.
