Maxime Warnault adapts the SMART goals framework to build offers that scale businesses to seven figures. Use the 8 Ps: identify your exact audience, state their problem in their words, promise a measurable result like $100K in 90 days, name your process, price at 10% of annual value created, add urgency and a guarantee, and show proof with names and numbers.

All right, guys. So this is how you create a smart offer to scale your business from 6 figures to 7 figures. So what is a smart offer? You probably are familiar with the SMART goals. So we apply the same logic to your offer, which needs to be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. Okay? So you need to have 8 Ps in place, starting with the people. Name exactly who you are going to target. In my case, 6-figure founders were the bottleneck and want to scale to 7 figures. Number 2, when you have the people, you need to define the exact problem and the painful situation that they are in right now in their language and not your language. So in my case, they don't know where their next client is coming from. They don't get leads daily. They don't get sales weekly, and their clients are not renewing monthly. And if you get the note before you pitch, you've already won half the sale. When we have the problem, we need to tell them exactly where we are going to take these people, which is the promise, and it needs to be measurable and time-bound to have a specific number in a specific time frame. So in that case, $100K per month is better than, um, in 90 days is better than grow your business. Okay, specificity removes the negotiation. because they know exactly what the definition of done is. Next we have a process which is taking them from the problem to the promise, and you need to also name this. For us it's the 7 Scaling System, and this bit's my coaching because everyone has a coaching program, everyone has a consulting offer, whatever. So you need to give it a name that is specific to you. And finally, we have 3 different prices: Done By You, generally the cheapest, Done With You, and then Done For You, which is generally the most expensive one. And we generally price these offers at 10% of the annual value that we create, not at the market rate. And finally, we have the proof to name— to have name, numbers, and results to tell people these people have done the work, They had results, so it worked for them. It's going to work for you. So 5 of them define the offer. We have the people, the problem, the promise, the process, and the price that define the offer. And then we have the pressure, the reason to act now, the protection, the 14 days. Like, this is just an example of a guarantee. And then we have the proof in here. So comment 100K below if you want to make your offer smart, and I'll send you the training and the AI agents to actually make your offer smart. Peace.
