Here's how to scale a 1-person business to $100K per month. So you're not stuck because you have 1,000 problems. You are stuck because you have 1 problem. Okay? So this is the growth system inside of the Scaling Flywheel. And basically there are 3 reasons why you cannot scale right now. This is a visibility problem because not enough people can find you.— a conversion problem because people find you but they don't buy, or a capacity problem because you have clients but you can take on more clients. So determine which one is yours, and then we're going to diagnose. We're going to work backward from your goal. So if your goal is to make $100K per month, 10 clients at $10K is what you need. Okay, to get 10 clients at $10K you need 50 sales conversation to close 10. Okay, to get 50 sales conversation, you need 200 leads, and to get 200 leads, you need 10,000 weekly views on your content. So write down your real numbers from how much you want to make, the price, the number of clients you, you need to get, the number of sales conversation you need, number of leads, number of views, and then work backward from there, and the step with the biggest gap is what you need to focus on. So name it, find the exact break. If you are sold out, you need to raise your prices or build a waitlist. If the leads come in but don't buy, you need to fix the offer or the close. If the views are high and the leads are low, you need to fix your hooks and the bio. And if the views are low, you need to post more and boost what is working. So one problem at a time, and nothing else changes when you found that one problem. So the rule is this: one change and 14 days. Because most founders change 2 or 3 things at the same time, and they never know what moves the needle. If you change that one thing and that one thing and you get a good or bad results, how do you know which one produced the good or bad results? You don't know. So pick one thing, change only that, wait for 14 days, measure, and then decide. This is how you build a 7-figure business, and this is the boring stuff that nobody talks about. So one problem, one fix. Wait for 14 days. If it worked, good. On to the next one, and you rinse and repeat. So if you want to scale to 7 figures, drop me 100K below, and I'll send you the 7 systems to help you do that. Peace.
