In this motivational video, success coach Mayur Bardolia explains that failure does not exist—only feedback. He argues that repeated setbacks can erode confidence and lead to avoidance habits, but a simple nightly mental‑rehearsal practice can reverse this trend. Before falling asleep, viewers are instructed to replay the day as a movie, pause at moments where they felt dissatisfied, and mentally rewrite those scenes with more resourceful, confident behavior. By iteratively visualizing alternative actions, identifying needed resources, and treating each “failure” as data for improvement, the practice builds new behavior patterns, boosts motivation, and creates a daily confidence‑building habit. Bardolia concludes with a call to share the video and reinforces his identity as a success coach, author, and international speaker.

There is no such thing as failure. There's always a feedback. If what you're doing isn't working, try something else. Every day we do things with the intention of doing and finishing successfully, but sometimes things don't work out as we expect. We face a few setbacks and lose confidence and motivation to pursue our goals or to do our things, to do our task, activity. And with a few repeated and back-to-back failures, we give up doing things and it changes our behavior pattern. And as a result, it becomes our habit of avoiding things. You get frustrated and stop taking action. We then make choices of doing things with hesitation, or should I say, with low confidence. But there is a choice of doing things with confidence. So how can you regain confidence every single day? Well, I'm going to share a technique with you that will allow you to be more resourceful, confident, and motivated, even if you face failures and lose confidence. If you do it daily, you will consistently create new behavior choices and build your confidence so that you build the frustration into flexibility process. Into your life as a daily exercise. And here is how. Before drifting off to sleep at night, run a movie of your day and the activities or tasks you did during the day. Stop when you come to a scene, come to a point in the movie where you are not fully pleased with your behavior, action, or outcome. Review that scene, review that point. To gather information about what happened and what your goals and intentions were. Then replay that movie with you behaving in a way you are pleased with, or you are happy with, a way that gets you better results. And adjust that scene until you find a behavior that is just right for you. Then notice what you see. And here, what you saw here as an outcome of the activity or the task. Imagine you are right there in the situation doing this new behavior, doing things differently, taking different action. Repeat it until you have better ideas, methods. Or suggestions for completing the task. Find out what the other ways of doing those things. Think of the resources you might need to complete the activity or task. Do it until you gain a complete understanding of how you're going to execute the next day. And by doing this process, you will be building new and more resourceful behavior in the future. And there is a way to constantly review your actions and change those behaviors that don't work for you. This takes what you might have considered failure and turns it into feedback and feedback about changes and improvements that you can make. So utilize these daily reviews in the, in the way that I just described to you. And can give you an incredible sense of self-satisfaction in the way you act in the world, a great confidence booster. So I recommend you to do the exercise. So to summarize, before you go to bed, just remember a time when you just lost the confidence of doing those things. Stop at that scene, stop at that point, and just Find out what new behavior can help you to complete that task. What new methodology, what new resources you might need, a new behavior pattern that can help you in executing that task. So I repeat what I said earlier. There is no such thing as failure. There's always feedback. If what you're doing isn't working, Try something else. If you benefit from this video, share it far and wide.
