In this 60‑minute live webinar, life‑success coach Mayur Bardolia explains how doubt sabotages personal and professional success and offers a step‑by‑step framework for recognizing, questioning, and neutralising it. He begins with housekeeping instructions, then shares a client story that illustrates how an investor’s doubts can destroy a promising business. Bardolia defines doubt as an unconscious, protective feeling that often becomes irrational, and he asks participants to identify the areas of their own lives where doubt appears (career, relationships, skills, knowledge, etc.). He introduces two powerful self‑questioning techniques – “What is stopping you?” and “What would happen if you did?” – to shift focus from fear to possibility. The session includes several embodied exercises: a superhero posture breathing drill, a “visual squash” where doubts are imagined in the left hand and positive emotions in the right hand, and a series of visualisation and intensity‑boosting actions. He also discusses when doubt can be constructive (questioning negative assumptions) versus destructive, reframes failure as feedback, and stresses the importance of taking action despite uncertainty. The webinar ends with a call to action, offering free 30‑minute consultations, contact details, and encouragement to adopt courage, confidence, and continuous learning.
