In this business‑tips video, the speaker explains that true brand love—beyond mere liking or purchase intent—comes from making customers feel good about their own lives. He contrasts a negative fast‑food experience (slippery floors, dirty environment, loud music) with a positive upscale restaurant visit where bright lighting, clean spaces, gentle music, attentive staff, and a pleasant atmosphere made him feel happy. From this contrast he derives a simple formula: identify what frustrates customers in your industry, fix those pain points, and deliver world‑class, kind, and consistent service. By turning a typically unpleasant industry experience into a life‑enhancing one, a brand can earn genuine love from its audience. The video ends with a practical tip—ask yourself how you can make people love their life—as a guiding question for building brand love.

Welcome you to another episode. You will be learning some business tips that are designed to help you to get more clients, grow your business, make more money, and save you frustration. Something that advances your business today. In this video, I want to talk about how to get somebody to love your brand, and I'm not talking about liking your brand or buying from you. It's about the feeling of, oh, I love this brand. And how do you do it? Well, you do it one way. You make people feel good about their life. And there are million ways to do, but that's the one thing you want to do— make them feel good about their life. Now recently, I went to a fast food restaurant for lunch. I don't eat fast food very much. I used to eat a lot, but I lost some weight and I'm feeling pretty good. But every once in a while I go and I had fast food lunch. I hope my nutritionist is not watching this video. Now I was sitting there and this fast food restaurant to be named— no, I'm not gonna tell you what it is, but it was a terrible experience. It was even a new building and they just remodeled the old building, but I mean it was raining and so there were the floors, they were wet and slippery and I felt like I was walking on ice. And I went and I got my sandwich and I sat down. And it was dirty. It was mess everywhere, and I just don't know. I felt like a loser just being there. You know, I always have this feeling when I walk into any fast food restaurant. Now, I just feel like it's always like this in this industry of restaurant or fast food chain. I've just given up on this day. I quit right. You know, my day was over, and that was enough for the day. I will start again tomorrow, and that's exactly how I felt at this place. I don't know why, I'm not sure. But last night I went to a restaurant with my wife and I walked in and I look around and I thought, this room is so elegant, this room is really bright, it's really bright, like stage lighting bright. And I felt like I really want to be here and everything is really clean and safe and the music is not too loud like most of the restaurants and cafes, you know, do. But most restaurants and cafes play really loud music. They want you to hear, and it's horrible idea to play loud music at such places. But in this restaurant where I went, the music was light and peaceful. It was almost full, and there were a lot of people around, and it was about 7:30 or 8 o'clock. The restaurant was doing something great, and what are they doing is they were making people feel good about their life. Bright lights, happy people, good attitude. Attentive staff, service with smile, organized system, clean restrooms. I don't know how they keep that place clean because there were so many people coming in through, but they do it. They're, they're making you feel good about your life. They were giving high standard experience, and that's what you want to do as a brand. If you want your brand to be really loved by people, make your customers feel great. So today's simple tip is to ask yourself this question: how can we make people love their life? And that comes down to world-class customer service. It comes down to kindness. It comes down to basically what do people hate about your industry? What about your industry makes people hate life? There, there must be something that your competitors cannot do, and there must be something your industry where others cannot do and customers don't like. Fix that pain. Fix those frustration that your competitors are giving to their customers. Your customers will easily spot the difference between what is good, what is bad, and what is great. Fix that, overcome that, and if you want people to love your brand, make them love their life. There are plenty of ways to do it. That's your simple tip for today. Thank you for watching.
