How to stop feeling small and start feeling strong. You know, there are moments when we feel small, not because we are really small, but because we start comparing ourselves. We look at what others are doing. And suddenly it feels like we don't meet the required standard. We feel less skilled, less confident, less capable. We see ourselves as insignificant. I've been there. You need to believe that you are valuable. Many people believe that they are too small, and as a result, they limit themselves and avoid taking not only bigger risks, but also some smaller risks. This happens especially when they are starting off a new profession, a new job, or a business. They put themselves down and underperform. So in this video, you will learn how to feel strong and inspired when you're feeling small. You will be learning a nice technique that I teach in my private coaching sessions and training workshops. And this is one of the techniques that I teach when people feel small and insignificant. In the year 2010, when I was starting out as a success coach and a trainer, I felt that quite often. I was feeling like clients would look at me and I would think, what do I really know? Who am I to guide anyone? Who am I when there are hundreds of people who are a lot better than I am? And then I stumbled upon something that made a huge difference, a small shift, but very powerful. I began to focus on the masters. That means I started focusing on my gurus, my teachers, my leaders, the best mentors I work with. I would highly recommend you remember your masters when you feel small or insignificant. These masters are the people you admire in your field, in your profession. Those who are excellent at what they do. The ones who have walked further down the path and left footprints You can follow. Whenever I felt small, I will think of them. If I needed confidence, I would remember a coach who carried themselves with calm certainty. If I needed compassion, I bring to mind someone whose warmth reached everyone in the room, including me. If I needed energy, I would recall a coach who seemed to light up the space just by entering it. It was like I was receiving the energy, confidence, and vibes I was looking for. You don't need to do anything. You just feel stronger, and that strength stays with you. This is not limited to coaching. It works anywhere. If you are a chef, think of the best chef you admire. If you are a teacher, bring to mind a teacher who changed lives. If you are in sales, think of the best salesperson or sales manager you ever met who could sell effortlessly. If you are a dentist, Picture the dentist you would trust above all. If you are an artist, think of the artist or one of the most creative people you admire. When you do this, something happens. Your eyes brighten, your body shifts, and you hold yourself differently. It's subtle, but very powerful, very real. That's because memory carries energy, and the qualities you admire in others are often qualities you already have, just waiting to be brought forward. Think of it like tuning a radio. When you're on the wrong frequency, All you hear is static. But once you tune into the right station, the music is clear and full. The Masters are that frequency. They help you tune into our best signal. And that's why people hang pictures of their heroes. Not because the poster itself has power, but because it's a reminder, a signal to awaken the qualities inside. Of course, that is a trap. It's easy to slip from admiration into worship. That's not the point. Remember, admiring someone is one thing and worshipping is another. I would never recommend you to worship someone in the name of admiration. In some countries, you see posters of leaders everywhere. That's not inspiration; that is control. The true purpose of focusing on the masters is to remember: if they can express this quality, I can too. It exists in me as well. See them as an inspiration to be as great and charismatic as they are. And that leads to another idea— being careful about what we allow in. Because not everything we see or hear lifts us higher. If you constantly feed on gossip, negativity or noise, you start vibrating at that level. It's like eating junk food every day and wondering why you feel lazy. On the other hand, when you choose carefully, when you filter, you feel the difference. You say no to what brings you down, and you say yes to To what lifts you up. I like to call this selective focus. It's not about doing more, it's about choosing better. Creating an environment inside and outside that supports who you want to become. Think of your mind like a garden. If you let weeds grow unchecked, they take over. But if you pull the weeds and water the flowers, the garden flourishes. Focusing on the Masters is like planting flowers in your mental garden. So when those moments of smallness come, and they always do, Think of the masters in your field. Borrow their energy just for a moment and watch how quickly your emotional and mental state begins to shift. You don't need to force yourself to feel bigger or feel stronger. You just need to remember what's already inside you, because every quality that you admire in someone else. Is already a seed within you, and the more you focus on it, the more it grows. Feeling small is part of being human, but staying small—well, that's optional. And every time you bring to mind a master, you remind yourself you are capable of much more than you think. This is the exact exercise I use in my personal coaching sessions and training workshops with my students. You can do it too, and I highly recommend that you do it.
