In this self‑help video, Mayur Bardolia of North Star Angel Coaching explains why people often feel "stuck" and offers a simple, repeatable method to break free. He frames the core issue as "stuck attention"—an over‑focus on a single problem that blocks progress, illustrated with metaphors such as a garden where only one plant is watered, a locked door, a jammed jar, and traffic on a single lane. The solution is to deliberately shift attention to a different area of life and take a tiny, concrete action there. Bardolia provides domain‑specific examples: improving a résumé or learning new software for career stagnation, nurturing friendships or travel for financial blockages, joining a group or picking up a hobby for health struggles, volunteering or walking for depression, practicing storytelling for business confidence, and building relationships or taking small initiatives for a missed promotion. He recommends a one‑week experiment where viewers pick a small side‑step each day, observe the resulting momentum, and notice the original problem loosening on its own. The video ends with a call to action, inviting viewers to share the content, provide feedback, and contact him for coaching, workshops, or speaking engagements via email and his website.

Welcome to the video. This is Mayur Bardolia from North Star Angel Coaching and Spiritual Solutions. What really works when life Feel stuck. You know how sometimes you get stuck on one problem? It feels like you are banging your head against the same wall. No matter how much effort you put in, the wall does not move. In my coaching sessions and seminars. I often hear the same story. People feel stuck, like they're standing at a locked door with no key. They keep pushing, but the door does not move. What I give my students is a simple method, one that helps them step back and find another door and move forward again. In this video, I'm going to share the very same matter with you. When people try it, the shift feels almost like a small miracle. So what you do when you feel like your life is stuck? Here's the thing. The problem is not always the problem. It's the stuck attention. It's like being so focused on a single puzzle piece that you forget the rest of the puzzle even exists. Life is a bit like a garden. If you keep watering only one plant, say the rose plant, everything else starts to fade away. You don't get a healthy garden by staring and taking care of only one plant all day. You get a healthy garden by giving the care to the other plants too. It's also like trying to push open a stuck door. The harder you try, the more it resists. Change your approach. Lift the handle, lean differently. Or try from another side of the door, and suddenly the door swings open. Or think of cooking. If one dish burns, you don't stand there crying over the pot. You shift to another pan, and soon the whole meal will be completed. When one area of life feels blocked, shift your attention to another areas too. Make small, simple improvements there. Let's say if you have been sending out resumes but can't land the job, can't get a better job, maybe step sideways, improve your communication skills, learn a new software. Learn new skills. Improve your resume. Practice interview questions and answers. Build a small project that makes you proud. And these little wins make you more attractive to employers, even when you're not chasing them directly. If money feels stuck and despite working hard, try pouring your energy or pay attention to another areas of life like friendships, learning, or even travel. These experiences build confidence and confidence is a, you know, has a sneaky way of opening doors. To money later on. If health feels like a constant battle, stop wrestling with it for a while. Instead, start something really fresh, like join a group, change your lifestyle, build your new character, new version, or take up a hobby. By stepping out of the struggle. The body often finds its own way to heal. If you have been feeling depressed, sitting in that space and hoping for relief rarely works. Instead, add small sparks to other parts of your life. For example, take a morning walk, volunteer, learn a new hobby. Or reconnect with an old friend. Even a tiny action in another area can bring back energy where it once felt drained. It'll reenergize you. If you want to start a business but don't feel confident, and forcing yourself forward can actually make you feel overwhelming. Instead, sharpen other areas first. Learn how to tell stories. Learn how to present your offer more elegantly. Practice speaking. Improve your product or service. Or manage small projects. Start with something small. Each step you take in these side areas Makes the leap into business a lot less scary. If you're waiting for the promotion at work and it hasn't come yet, shift gears. Don't keep staring at that closed door. Build relationships with colleagues. Take on small initiatives. Take more challenges. Or improve your leadership skills, sometimes even outside of work. When your presence changes, people notice, and the promotion often follows without you chasing it. It's like trying to open a stuck jar. Twist it harder and it won't open. But if you Put the jar under the warm water, running warm water, and use a cloth, and you try to open. Suddenly it opens easily. Or like learning a language, you might struggle with grammar, but once you focus on simple conversations, suddenly the grammar begins to make sense on its own. Think of life as holographic. When you improve one part, you improve the whole picture. Like tuning one string of guitar and it changes how the entire instrument sounds. The miracle is not in pushing harder on the stuck problem. The miracle is in letting go. Just enough to move freely in other directions. And when you do, the problem you thought was immovable often takes care of itself. So here is what you can do. First of all, notice where you feel stuck. Don't fight it. Just be aware of it. It's a bit like sitting in traffic. No matter how much you tap the wheel, the cars will not move any faster. Stop pushing for it. Instead of wasting all your energy there, step back. Choose another path. Just like taking a side street gets you moving again, shift your focus to another part of your life now. Your health, your relationships, your hobby, or even learning something new. Take a small step there, something simple like going for a walk, practicing a new skill or a hobby, or simply reconnecting with a friend. It will create momentum, and then. Just watch what happens. The moment you create movement in these fresh directions, the traffic in the area that once felt stuck often begins to clear on its own. You feel like you're unstucking yourself and observe the change. As other parts of your life improve, the original problem often begins to ease on its own. Try this for a week. Just one small shift and notice how the stuck part of your life begins to move on its own. If you need any help in doing it, or if you have any questions, you can reach out to me.
