Hey, this is Michael with Coma to Comeback, here to give you another tip for how to get out of a funk, to get out of recovery mode and into life. So one thing that really helped me when I was going through my recovery process is to really get out of the funk by going to travel or just going for a walk. And when you are feeling down, when you're upset about something, when you don't remember something, you're just unsure, just going for a walk clears your mind. Makes you feel better. And then when you feel better, you're more able to do stuff and be clearer and be happier about life. So go out there, have fun, enjoy yourself. Take what life is, how wonderful it is, and be better. Be better, be recovered. Next time I'll give you another awesome tip. Take care, bye. Bye.
