Chronic stress can literally reduce the blood flow to your important organs. Think about that. So when I was in my coma, struggling through it, I was stressed out. I did not know what I needed to do. I couldn't do a lot of stuff and it was really freaking me out. One thing that I learned is the pattern interrupt. So to do a pattern interrupt, you basically have to kind of take like a shift away from where you are, interrupt what's going on, and then you get back to the moment. You're like, whoa, So the idea is like, do something that's out of the ordinary. Maybe smell a flower that you see, like look outside and see what is that airplane that you probably hear flying through. And that kind of puts you back into the moment. And I created a guide with 5 things that really helped me kind of get back into the moment. So comment below calm and I'll send it to you right away.
