Hi. After waking up from a coma, I realized something that changed my life. Recovery isn't just about healing physically. It's about taking tiny steps every day to improve my life, to add life— add life— add meaning to my life again, to make tiny changes feel like they're real, to make them feel good again. And I did little things To make it feel better. For example, I meditated. I stretched. I took walks because I wasn't able to really walk that well initially. And you don't need to be in a coma to start feeling good again. And this is not just for people who've been in traumatic accidents. It's for anybody who wants to improve themselves, to find better ways to do things in life. Because we're on this journey of life all together. And I want to make my journey better, and I want to make your journey better, and I want to help as many people as I can. So follow along, and together we will grow as much as we can.
