Hi, this is Michael with Coma to Comeback, and today I want to tell you a little secret that helped me so much in my recovery, and that secret is gratitude. But not just any gratitude. Gratitude at the end of the day when I was feeling down. I would just write a gratitude journal. I'd write 3 things that I would be thankful for that day. What did I do? Where did I go? Who did I see? And lately, through the last few weeks, days, I've been grateful for spending time with my daughter, for spending time with my beautiful wife. Hi, this is Michael. For being in the climate that I'm in, for spending time with friends. And whenever I write those things down, I start feeling better about life. All the problems that I deal with every day, they start to vanish. I just start feeling better about being alive, being grateful for being here, for being me, for life. Because life is amazing if you look at it from the right way. And I love life, and I hope you do as well. So take care and subscribe, and I'll share more wonderful stuff with you. Bye! Bye!
