Warum Du Dir selbst keinen guten Tipp geben kannst

Speaker Michael Heitkötter explains why people struggle to give themselves good advice in business communication: we perceive only first-order observations (what we see or say) but cannot reliably perceive our own second-order reactions (facial expression, gestures, posture, how our delivery landed). He uses a car example to illustrate the two observation levels and recommends seeking external feedback (coach, recordings, masterclasses) to improve communication effectiveness.
