Justin Brock built a $70 million business over 10 years using a 10x EBITDA multiple plus intangibles like employee contracts and proprietary software. He thinks he could have hit $150-200 million by reallocating spend and time differently.

So 70 million, you know, it's not like we made 70 million last year and you know that. But just for the audience, we had a high multiple. You know, it's in the 10x kind of multiple of EBITDA, right? But when you're looking at that level, a lot goes into that one. You know, they're getting me, right? I have an employee contract with them. They're buying like that continued growth. They show the pattern that we have collectively. And they're getting the media attention, all the marketing, all the. We built our own software tool in that, you know, they're getting software. So there's a lot that goes into that number. It's not. Not that it's unattainable at all, though. Like I said before, we did it in 10 years, not even really aiming for that. You know what I mean? Like, if I was going to go and try to build the same operation under the same market conditions, if the market conditions are the same, but I know what I know now, and I had that 10 years, it'd probably be 150 to 200 million. It's just because I know where not to spend money and where to spend the most time. End of the day, it's enough.
