We all have our civic clientele. At the time, I owned two businesses. I had two, five employees, and for me, it was the workaholic and the businessmen that I would get along with the most. I'd be able to have actual conversation with them and then walked in, like, in a group. I was in Vegas, so there was a lot of bachelor parties there. Within five minutes, I have to scan them, see, like, which one is my client. Because if I know which one is my client, I know I'm going to be making money. I know I'm going to have a connection with that person to the point that it was a game with me. Am I right? Am I wrong? And I would actually take notes, like, this one's a workaholic. These are their characteristics. This one's a nurturer. This one's a party animal. Anyways, it took me probably about 10 years. Master it to the point where I was making money, a lot of money, and people were asking me why, But I think it was just because I really, really learned how to decode Matt.
