What are three things that you want the audience to start doing today to have a better and prepared life?

So the first one is what my grandma grandfather told me and which is the moral of my whole life, is when you know better, do better. So it's seek to be educated. Once you're educated about the situation, you take it and use it to your advantage. The second one is live it living your honesty and your truth. And that's the hardest thing for us to do because we all want to be accepted. We all want to be in a space where we're not judged. But the reality of it is our truth is our truth. And as soon that we figure that out and we learn that and we understand it, then we're able to live our lives in a space that is a lot more precious to us than living it for someone else. The third and last thing is to not be afraid. Don't live your life in fear of anything is to go out, be bold, be aggressive.
