They enjoy their work. They enjoy it. There's real joy there. You know, the word joy is something that is different than happiness. Happiness is a temporary emotion. Joy is a conviction. And so I'll equate it to parenting. There are a lot of times in parenting my three kids where I am not anywhere remotely close to happy with them. But I love them, and they bring me joy. And in the midst of the most ridiculous or rebellious thing they've ever done, I can hold disappointment and anger, frustration and also love at the same time. And that's the way I'm describing this. And so the 96% of millionaires said they enjoyed their work. There was a true joy in it. And that causes a person to be willing to suffer.
