One of the disadvantages, and this is something that I'm not going to go into in depth on this call, is that, for instance, an EAS contracted direct with Microsoft, so you have your, you know, your Master Business Agreement, your ea, master EA enrollment. Lots of organizations negotiate the terms and conditions around those. Whereas the csp, it is sort of a standard program, standard T's and C's, it goes through the channel. So there is very limited flexibility in terms of, you know, limitations, liabilities, and things like that. So there are potentially some contractual disadvantages that I'm not going to go in today to today. But, you know, it is, it does have a lot of advantages that sometimes will far outweigh some of those contractual disadvantages.
