We've also created a data cleansing process for ServiceNow to make sure that the CMDB has data quality to ensure that if I'm looking at, say, Microsoft, the licensing metrics that I'm in, that I'm looking for at 90, that I need, the data that I need to look at, that is at 90 to 95%. We had a big client on ServiceNow. They were doing their SQL True Ups every year through a manual process. They would strike up a team eight to nine months before their trip was due, and every year their trips were seven to eight figures on SQL Server alone. We came in, we started a data quality journey with them, and in the first year, we took that process from a team of 10 and eight months to a team of two people validating our data in four weeks. And for the first time ever, they had a true up in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
