I think the key thing to know about a Microsoft True up is there are different types of True Up. So even though I have an enterprise agreement and the trueup. And so for those of you that maybe are just starting out in the Microsoft licensing world, maybe I'll just step back a little bit and talk about what a True up is. Then I'll talk about the different types. Basically, when I sign up for a Microsoft ea, it's typically a three year contract, and I commit to volumes of products on day one. So let's just say I sign on January 1st and I buy these products, and I buy a thousand of them because I need 1,000 on January 1st. And then throughout the year, I'm allowed to deploy without paying for them. And then on my anniversary date, so December 31st, I need to True up what I've been using.
