When is my true up due? And there's a lot of confusion around this, particularly in the last year. So if we read this language, the true up is due between 30 and 60 days prior to the enrollment anniversary date. So let's go to a contract that signed January 1st. That means that I have to place my order between November 1st and November 30th. Really? Right. 30 to 60 days before it shouldn't happen in December according to the contract. Now a lot of people don't get around to them, do them in December. Those are considered late true ups. Okay. But you know, in theory that's what happens. If your EA is in June, you should be placing your order by May 31. Right? Somebody in between May 1 and May 31. Now there's an exception to this, right? That exception is in the last year where you only have to do it within 30 days prior to the expiration date.
