So from a contractual perspective, they have the right to audit you unless you've changed the underlying contract. What we tend to do is, in a settlement, bring forth the idea of a non audit period cooldown period, three, five years. That is a smart thing to include in the settlement so that they don't come back six months later and do the same thing, or a year later or two years later. So that's the first thing. The second thing is you can absolutely get or have software audits removed, but it's not going to be I was audited five years ago, I don't want to be audited now. You can't audit me.
