Okay, so the first thing is that I talked about disparate and multiple data sources. One of the first things people are trying to do is create a centralized data store of the information that they need to do either cost optimization software, audits, etc. Right. And that typically means that you're going to populate that information into what is called the CMDB within ServiceNow. And. And I always just think of that as a centralized repository of data. Okay, how do I populate that cmdb? I have to do that through discovery.
